  Dress shopping made easy

  Erin was so great to work with, knew exactly what my vision was and delivered just that. I still get SO many compliments on my dress, it was a show stopper

  A wonderful experience

  Booked an appointment here after failing to find a dress at 2 others stores. I was blown away when we walked in! I loved having a separate room for myself and my party to try on dresses. The rooms are so fabulous and cozy. Erin was my stylist for the appointment, and we had a brief conversation before she brought out dresses. The one that I fell in love with was one I never would have picked for myself! Overall it was such a lovely experience. No pressure to buy, (even though I purchased mine that day) and so friendly. Cannot reccomend enough! Thank you for the awesome experience!

  Beautiful Wedding Dresses

  I love love love my wedding dress I got from Once Upon a Time Weddings. I got so many compliments at the wedding and I felt so beautiful in the dress!
  The experience at the shop was also so great! I loved having our own little private room to try on dresses and show my friends and family! And the girls working there were so helpful when finding dresses to try on.

  Amazing, Personal Experience!

  I can’t say enough about Once Upon a Time Weddings! Erin and Nadine are both so lovely to work with. I started with a virtual “unveiling” appointment last year during the lockdown, to see if I would want to come into store when able. I noticed immediately that Erin seemed very knowledgeable about wedding gowns and genuinely seemed to love what she was doing.
  
  When the time came for my actual appointment, I had Nadine as my stylist and she was so lovely. The whole experience was different from your typical bridal store. They have these private little rooms for each bride, where your guests and sit, and your own changing area. They do a pretty thorough questionnaire with you, and then also ask your guests what they’d like to see you try on. When trying on each dress, Nadine would get my opinion first before opening the curtain and revealing to my guests, which was really appreciated, as otherwise you might be pressured and give a different reply once others have seen it. She seemed completely focused on me, and not running around trying to get dresses for other people too.
  
  I ended up saying yes to the dress! And the order time was expected to be 5-6 months, and my dress ended up coming in early. Price point was also excellent. Erin was very responsive for booking to come pick it up, and they let me try it on in store again. Nadine even took a minute from other other appointment to just come see me again and say hi. They also suggested a really great alterations place in my area. Leading up to the wedding, they also allowed me to drop my dress off again for a professional, thorough steaming at no charge.
  
  HIghly recommend this store for a personal experience!

  Perfect place to go!!

  I am so happy I visited this lovely bridal boutique. It's like shopping at your friend's house - no pressure and Erin is so lovely and helpful. Erin pulled 5 perfect dresses for me to try on and I fell in love with the very first dress and said yes to the dress. The store is beautiful and there are so many perfect dresses for everyone! We had a great appointment and she made the entire experience a wonderful one! Thank you Erin!

  Love them 10/10

  I was recommended to go to this salon from a friend. I was not disappointed they were 10/10. I bought my dress on the first visit and first dress shopping experience I had. They picked gowns that were exactly what I wanted but also gave me a few to try of styles I never thought of. I felt cared for and appreciated. I wasn’t rushed in and out so it was incredible. Even with covid they were extremely helpful and I felt completely safe while being there.

  Only store I needed

  I cancelled 3 appointments on a Saturday to make one with once upon a time, and I am so glad I did. I found a unique dress that felt like it was made for me. Erin was able to work with my budget and was able to pull a dress on the first try that I fell in love with. I was also pleasantly surprised by follow up cards before the wedding to congratulate.
  Extremely professional and well worth going to strathroy for.

  Dress of My Dreams

  The experience I had at Once Upon a Time Weddings was nothing short if incredible. Erin was extremely helpful from the get go. During my appointment I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Erin was extremely quick to respond to any inquiries and she made what could have been a stressful experience anything but that. Very happy that I purchased my gown here!
