I went to pure bridal and it was not a good one, firstly she kept bringing me dresses that had full cleavage and open back when I kept teller her I did not like that style. Second we weren’t able to look around for dresses and see what they had. Two she did not know how to clip me in to the dresses properly, she told me to take off my bra which was worse because when I was trying on the dresses she clipped me in so loosely I felt so uncomfortable and was pretty much falling out of the dresses.

Pure Bridal is the ONLY place to shop for Bridal wear in Edmonton. Alyssa and the girls work so hard to show you that you are the most important bride, and never tire in making you feel special, appreciated and valued. After having negative experiences at other bridal stores I turned up at Pure Bridal feeling pretty defeated and expecting the same kind of experience I had elsewhere...I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams and get to try on an amazing selection of absolutely gorgeous gowns, but when I needed a cover-up for the more conservative guests they went out of their way to find the perfect cover-up to enhance my dress. They have literally answered all of my prayers and made all my bridal dreams come true. No question is ever too much for them, and they make sure you have all the time you need to make such an important decision...truly cannot say enough good things about them! They are so much more than bridal consultants...they are the only store that work to become your extended family and walk with you on one of the most important journeys of your life!! Thank you so much for a truly amazing experience that I will never forget!

The salon is beautiful inside, and they have a lots of dresses in lots of styles, which was great for me as I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. The consultant brought a variety of dresses, and although I didn't buy one I walked out of there with a much greater idea of what I wanted and had a fun day of shopping with my mom and bridesmaids.

I had an amazing experience at Pure Bridal! I felt like I was on Say Yes to the Dress. They treated me like a princess. I showed my consultant images of the 2 styles I was looking for and she went and brought back EXACTLY what I was hoping to try on. At first I wasn't sure if I'd like not being able to look around and pick out dresses, but then I realized the consultants knew the store and the dresses better than me. I actually went one other place after and hated how overwhelming it was to look through racks of dresses! I ended up purchasing my dress and my veil from here. I would recommend every go check out Pure Bridal! Great service and excellent selection.

This location had incredibly beautiful dresses, and were very accommodating after I stupidly missed my original appointment due to a date mix up on my part. I was very excited to try on dresses there! However, my actual appointment itself was a bit lacking. I feel like the consultant was trying to get me in the most dresses possible in the shortest amount of time, and I didn't get to absorb the dresses or truly decide what I liked. I would have rather tried on 2-3 dresses and get to see how I feel than try on over 5 dresses rapidly. I wish she would have asked me how I would like to organize my time during the appointment at the beginning, and I felt a little intimidated at asking questions. There weren't really many smiles or much warmth. I also felt judged when I said my budget was around $1500, though open to more if I loved the dress. Ultimately, even though I loved one of the dresses I tried on, I didn't end up buying it just because of the appointment experience. However, they did truly have the prettiest dresses out of every shop I went to. And everyone has bad days- I think I just happened to catch my consultant on hers.

The store had a great selection. They responded to my emails even after store hours. The consultant I initially had was new and very nice, but not the most helpful. I asked for another consultant, and they were very understanding. The second consultant was very knowledgeable, listened to what I was looking for and made finding my dress easy.

Nothing but good things to say about the team at pure bridal. They were very professional and responsive and extremely knowledgable about all their dresses.

I procrastinated a little bit on purchasing my wedding dress, when I contacted them to book a date they emailed me back saying if I could come in at an earlier date that would be so much better for me as I’m on a timeline for getting my wedding dress ordered in. I went in at an earlier date they were so welcoming when I came in I showed them the type of dresses I would want the first one we tried on I fell in love with but I got to try on about 5 others, they were quick, efficient and so helpful!! They put my dress on express shipping and it barely took a month to come in. I have my dream wedding dress and came out with a amazing experience getting it! 10/10 would suggest going there. I didn’t feel pressured, even though I knew I was on such a short timeline to get a dress in time they stuck around the budget given and stayed within the styles that I truly loved. A true positive experience and would highly recommend!
