I got my dress and veil at Rococo. The experience was wonderful, I was welcomed and had the entire shop to myself and my entourage. The ladies were so kind and professional.

I had the best experience and now own my dream dress! I cannot wait for the big day! She imagined me in a dress I never thought existed.

Rococo Brides is the place to go for your wedding dress needs. I had gone to a few other shops and none could compare. The shop is closed to work with just one bride at a time. They really went above and beyond to make me feel like a Princess from the cute gold "bride" robe, the catwalk, the little chalkboard with my name, and then the mini celebration once you say "yes" to your dress... I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, Gia was so sweet and accommodating, I described what I was looking for, my budget, and then boy did she deliver. The very first dress that she picked for me turned out to be the one. I ordered my gown in November 2019 for a July Jamaican wedding, but of course, the pandemic hit. The dress still came in time and was picked up in early May following strict rules. Of course, the July wedding was cancelled and booked for a small wedding in Calgary in September. I highly recommend Rococo as you will not be disappointed!

I cannot say enough about my experience at Rococo! The staff there is amazing. It is the only bridal boutique that I went to where I was asked what I was looking for and then had the consultant pull all the dresses for me herself and all of them were exactly what I was looking for. All the other higher end salons I went to in Calgary did not do this and I think it shows the experience of the consultants at Rococo as they should know what will look good a the clients body type, listen to the client, and know their inventory well enough to choose the perfect dresses.
Their dresses are unique so if you are looking to look different than ever other bride and want an amazing experience, please go to this beautiful salon! You will not regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about Rococo! First of all, my appointment there was amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to push things on me that I had said I was not interested in. It was a one on one appointment so I was the sole focus for the time that I was there. They were very conscious of budget and sticking to that. I had wanted a few modifications made to my dress. They looked into those for me and provided me with enough information (pricing, etc.) that I ended up saying yes to my dress there. When they went to confirm the modifications, the designer came back and said they were no longer possible (no fault of Rococo's). Most salons would have come back and told me, "too bad so sad. We can no longer make it happen." That was not the case at Rococo. The girls (Georgia especially), went above and beyond anything I really could have ever hoped for. They sourced fabrics for the modification with designers, the seamstress, local fabric stores, even veil designers! They ended up finding some options for me that have allowed me to have my perfect dress. Honestly, it has been the best experience working with them. They are very good to communicate things and be honest about what is going on. The best thing for me though was the effort they put in to make sure I was 100% happy and got everything I wanted. I am so happy with my decision to purchase there and I would highly recommend this boutique to anyone!

Georgia was absolutely amazing! After being to two other bridal shops that day, I arrived at Rococo feeling a bit of despair and not really wanting to try on dresses but didn't want to cancel at the last minute. I walked in to this beautiful boutique which immediately lifted my spirits. The boutique set up is gorgeous and each corner of the floor is reserved for a bride and her guests, complete with a welcome sign. Georgia was the first to be discreet about my budget in front of my bridesmaids and truly listened to what I had to say. She would bring one dress in at a time, listen to what I liked or didn't like about it and come back with a new option better than the last. I only tried on three or four dresses and I said Yes to the dress that day. I definitely did not think I would say yes that day. Such a wonderful experience. I would hands down recommend Rococo to any bride. Best bridal experience ever!

Rococo Brides was the first place I made an appointment to try on dresses since I was referred to them by a family member that knows the owner. I brought an entourage of three close girlfriends and we were lucky to have an appointment when the store was only open for appointments right after Christmas so we were the only party at the time.

Wow! Rococo Brides is a sight to behold. So beautiful in there. It pretty much reminded me of bridal dress fittings in the movies. We all picked one dress for me to try on and I believe both Georgia and her assistant each picked a dress they thought would suit me as well. I must say that I was VERY nervous about this part of the wedding planning. I am not a girly girl and wasn't looking forward to parading around in princess dresses...but... it was a very enjoyable experience! Georgia was extremely helpful and came in the dressing room with me to cinch the dresses so they'd fit properly and the sparkly black runway is an awesome enhancement to the experience. Out of the six dresses pulled, three were major contenders and guess what...? I said yes to the dress THAT DAY! It is completely opposite than what I had in mind, but it's perfect for me. Funny how you have an idea and then realize you need to try on the dress to find out what works best! When I picked my dress we were served Champagne. It was a really nice experience. I actually got to buy the dress right off the rack since it was in roughly the right size... which means I get to bring it home today! No 5 month wait for the dress to come in...bonus!

I highly recommend you check out this store if you're looking for an experience that the chain stores can't give...believe me, I've been with girlfriends at those stores and it was a much different (and better) experience at Rococo and the prices of the dresses at Rococo are excellent. Mine came in way under budget!
