Dress shopping quickly became not so fun for me but every time I walked into Sinders I felt relaxed, allowing me to enjoy and savour the experience. I'm sure Kim’s patience was tested with me as I went far beyond my appointment time, but she made it her mission to find me my dress - and did she ever; I never thought I would cry!! She was professional, attentive, and incredibly calm, applying no pressure whatsoever. When I returned to pick up my dress, immediately after Ontario’s first lockdown, it was too small! Meghan was calm and collected, reassuring me that this was not my fault - the measurements do not match what was sent in. The issue was handled professionally and efficiently and in the end I wore the dress of my dreams on my wedding day! -

Sinders was amazing! I managed to find my dress, get it altered, custom order a veil, and get down the aisle in less than three months because of these amazing people! They immediately bring you into their family and celebrate every success with you. They were so incredibly kind and want your dress to be perfect for you. Their selection, especially for plus-sized brides, was to die for. I would highly recommend if you want high quality service. -

As an older second-time bride, I had no idea what to expect when I began dress shopping. I wasn't sure what I was looking for so initially had arranged dress shopping appointments with three bridal salons. I was careful to explain that I wasn't 25, and wasn't sure I should even be wearing a bridal gown. Sinders was our first stop. When we arrived, we met our amazing consultant Debbie. Given that she was a similar age, I felt instantly at ease. We never made it elsewhere. The second dress that I tried on was THE dress. People can't stop raving about how gorgeous the dress was and how well it suited my figure. I felt like a princess ! -

Sinders is definitely worth the trip! The building is beautiful with a lot of room to try on dresses and you're the only bride in the room when you're trying on. The staff was so accommodating and friendly and make sure that you stay within your budget which is awesome! Never felt pressured to buy anything or make a decision on my dress. Beautiful collection of dresses to choose from and ended up getting the very first one I tried on! -

I had a great experience with Amanda and thank her so much for her kindness, patience, and knowledge. Ultimately, I ended up choosing a dress from another place, but I really appreciated all her assistance - I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and she was extremely helpful. I would recommend Sinders to anyone, we had a wonderful experience there and really loved having a private space to try on gowns, the expertise she provided, and not feeling pressured.
