Sophie's is amazing. Best service and experience. I went to 8 different stores and finally found my dream dress here. I went in said what I was looking for and they pulled it off the rack right away. I was there no more than 10 minutes. They work fast and are extremely professional. They even let you have a break down when the stress becomes to much. They have so much in stock and a variety of different bridesmaids dresses too. Thank you for helping me find my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. -

No complaints about my experience with Sophie's. I went in with 1 dress and 1 dress only on my mind but my consultant was insistent that I try a few different styles and boy am I thankful she did! If she hadn't, I would not have found my dream dress. Everyone I encountered were friendly and professional. -

I was dreading shopping for a gown, which I know is weird, but I have old-fashioned tastes, which excluded me from so many modern gowns that I felt like it was going to be impossible to find THE DRESS without getting one custom made or spending way over my budget. Huge shoutout to Amanda, who took one look at my Pinterest board and immediately grasped that I was looking for a timeless gown with classic lines and somehow found one without any lace, sequins or tulle(these materials chafe my skin and I just can’t deal with it). This was a unicorn hunt, and I have felt ashamed that I don’t like the feel of so many fabrics and dresses(I have sensory troubles, even tags in clothing are intolerable for me), but Amanda was immediately enthusiastic, she took the challenge on as a personal mission and was just as excited as I was when I found my dress! It fit perfectly right off the rack other than needing some hemming, how great is that? I could not have asked for better service, I felt like I’d made a friend when all was said and done. The whole team was so kind and accommodating, all of them helped me feel like I wasn’t annoying or a pain to work with. If you want a team that will take excellent care of you, this is the shop for you!! They also had a rainbow of formal gowns to choose from, they’re not only a bridal shop! -

My experience at Sophie's was great. Cassie found the best dress for me and it was the first one I tried on. We spent the whole appointment trying to top the enchanting feeling I had in the beautiful ball gown that captured my exact vision of my wedding dress. It came in faster than their estimated date and was well within my budget. I felt like a princess on my first day and couldn't have asked for a better experience. -
