I had a wonderful experience at Stolen Hearts Bridal while searching for my wedding dress! Debbie was incredibly attentive, making me feel welcomed and special from the moment I walked in. She took the time to understand my vision and guided me through the selection process with patience and expertise.
A special shoutout to the in-house seamstress, who did an amazing job tailoring my dress to fit perfectly. Her attention to detail and skill truly transformed my gown into something extraordinary. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Stolen Hearts Bridal to any bride-to-be!

Visiting Stolen Hearts Bridal was like spending time with old friends! Amelia and Debbie are so kind, and really take the time to get to know you as a bride to help you find the perfect dress and accessories. I purchased my dress and veil there. The boutique is spotless and beautiful with lots of natural lighting. The appointment booking process was easy and it was so convenient to have alterations done right there. Their seamstress Domenica is very talented and lovely to work with. She hemmed my dress to perfection so it appeared to float above the ground. Bustling my dress was complicated with several different layers of smooth fabric but it looked amazing and you could not tell where the fabric had been sewn when it was down. We were able to do our first dance easily without the dress getting in the way. -

I loved almost every dress I tried on at Stolen Hearts Bridal but when I found my dress I immediately knew it was the one. The team here was so nice and easy to work with. From trying on dresses to pickup to alterations to the big day, I was always happy and impressed with everyone I worked with.
And my dress was absolutely stunning! I’m still obsessed and will be staring at it in photos forever!
Definitely recommend Stolen Hearts Bridal!! -

I found my dress at SHB back in November for my August 10th wedding. I ended purchasing one of the sample gowns and could not be happier with the team and their in-house seamstress for making it fit perfectly for me! I had a fantastic experience. This was my second appointment on the same day and I actually thought I found my dress at the first place so went to but still wanted to go to this appointment to see. And my family and I instantly knew when I tried the Ladybird gown on here that it was the one. It also matched my peach farm venue perfectly.
Highly recommend SHB - the dresses are beautiful, high quality and the team is lovely! -

I had a horrific experience as a bride, looking for a wedding dress. Prior to my appointment I had called to let them know that I found a dress elsewhere and wanted to change my appointment to an accessories appointment. They refused and said that because I was not coming to try on dresses, they were going to charge me a cancellation fee, which is NO WHERE in the cancellation policy. I still showed up to my appointment and they refused to provide me service and asked me to leave the shop abruptly. I had not wanted to cancel the appointment and had agreed to try on dresses if that was what they wanted. Other customers in the store got involved had called my mother and I both trash. I am so appalled and disgusted by this Stolen Hearts, and how they treat their clients. I did confirm that the owner Amelia was present during the time. Why be in the bridal business when you try and RUIN brides days? NEVER go here -

My best friend had an awful experience at Stolen Hearts Bridal in Waterdown. She had two appointments booked for the same day, the second being at Stolen Hearts, and she happened to find her gown during the first appointment. She called to ask if she could change the appointment to accessories since she still needs a veil, jewelry, hair accessories and possibly a bridal belt. She was rudely told that they would be cancelling her appointment and charging her the $75 no show fee since she had already bought her dress (which she told them as she didn't want to waste their time, but was still committed to shopping for accessories). She told them if they were going to charge her anyways then she would come try on dresses as she was already 5min away and planning on attending the appointment. When she showed up on time for her appointment they refused to let her try on any dresses saying that she cancelled the appointment and they would be charging her a 'no show' fee and then kicked her out of the shop. While there she was also yelled at by another bride who said some truly terrible things - apparently she had a bad experience as well and for some reason took it out on my friend. Would not recommend them to anyone unless you want to be treated like garbage.
I also tried on dresses at Stolen Hearts and was disappointed by the lack of size inclusivity in their samples as anything I was interested in trying on was a bridal size 6 or 8. The only reason I had suggested my friend book here was that she is petite so I knew sizing would not be an issue. Very disappointing overall and they ruined what was otherwise a wonderful day for my friend. -

Amelia was amazing with helping me find the perfect dress!! Quick response with booking, and very professional and personable all at once. Did not push any dresses on me and let me take my time deciding, very patient. Honestly made the process of trying on and finding a dress a lot less stressful than i would have thought -

Even though I didn't find the dress of my dreams here, I have to leave a review for the wonderful experience I had. I went in unsure of anything, not the style, not the material; I was lost. Amelia and her team made the experience so wonderful. If you are looking for a shop to give you the VIP experience, this is the place. Absolutely wonderful.
