Discrimination

Unbridled recently canceled my soon to be bride's viewing as she was unable to fit in any of the dresses. Even though she explicitly said she just wanted to look at a handful dresses, that she could then later order in her appropriate size.

Even though she explicitly said she just wanted to look at the dresses she could then later order in her appropriate size. All of this was fully confirmed 30 minutes before said appointment time was fully canceled.

Unique dresses and amazing customer service

Jacklyn and the team at Unbridled made my dress buying experience so easy and fun. From the beautiful boutique and decor, to the unique and gorgeous gowns curated from around the world, Unbridled provides an experience unlike any other dress store I visited. Jacklyn has a great eye for fashion and details, and she was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. We worked together to customize a dress that fit my vision, and the thoughtful touches she provided throughout, were so special. From flowers to bites and bubbles, this boutique has it all! Highly recommend.

Beautiful store, staff and experience!!

Jacklyn and her staff were an absolute dream to work with! The dress selection, although small, provided a great range of styles for every bride - from boho bride to chic bride. Not to mention the wide range of stunning accessories and jewellery. They made the experience so comfortable and fun for myself and my girl gang. I can’t wait to walk down the isle in the amazing dress I purchased, along with the veil and jewellery.
All in all, a must for all brides looking for their wedding dress and/or bridesmaid dresses.

Beautiful Shop, Beautiful Dresses, Beautiful Service

The title sums it up. Such a lovely experience shopping. The change room was roomy and with a large mirror, I felt comfortable with the help zipping up my dress, and there is a nice area for my people to relax comfortably and provide their dress feedback. I love the styles of dresses that this store has, so many to choose from! The snacks and sips were a really nice touch. Thank you for a really excellent experience Unbridled!
