Everything was perfect, they were helpful, relaxed environment, champagne and snacks and they found my dream dress

The consultant was amazing to deal with and willing to work with my limited budget. Able to find the dress and was not what I expected at first.

Good experience trying on and finding the dress. Took longer than planned to get the dress. Once the dress got in they didn’t contact until I contacted them. Getting the dress picked up the didn’t follow up with.
Dress however was great quality, lighter than most. Beautiful detail

When at another salon down the block my MOH and I decided to stop and look in the window. A sales lady came to the door and was quite rude about us not coming in which we weren't trying to. I decided to check out google reviews and noticed that people seemed to have an over all favourable experience aside from one associate so I took a chance.
I am so glad I did! Alyssa was amazing at listening to what I wanted and the first dress she pulled ticked all the boxes! I then tried on 8-10 more dresses but that 1st one was the dress! I appreciated her patience and her compassion.
So glad I took the chance and found my dress here!

I needed touch ups on my dress, they got the crinoline matched perfectly about it, then she steamed it as well! It was amazing service.

I had a fantastic experience at UnVeiled! Aimee was assisting me during both my dress shopping days and she is fabulous. Aimee kept me calm and collected during the whole experience, She tailored dresses exactly to my taste. She is full of knowledge and has excellent taste. UnVeiled was the first store I stopped at for my wedding dress shopping experience I found a few I loved, tried tons on and was getting Aimee's full attention which was wonderful from a indecisive bride. I love the stores decor, they had tons of selection and great photo op for insta. I can't wait to see my dream wedding dress again when it arrives! Before we left my sister in law Mishelle Strauss booked a champagne party for the following week. At our private champagne party Aimee supplied us with some bubbly and popcorn for my bridal party to enjoy while I tried on more dresses! I loved the champagne party experience because it was after hours, the store was open only to us. Nov 21, 2018 was when I said YES TO THE DRESS. This appointment cost me 44 bucks, for a sip of champagne and a horrible experience. I really wanted a dress with sleeves and the dresses she picked did not fit on my arms at all. The owner tried shoving my arms in them and just made me feel like an animal. I couldn't move my arms down or get it on properly and she insisted that I go out and show my guests the dress still. Instead of just getting me a bigger size that may fit my arms and bustling the back to fit my body she insisted that my arms could fit and continued shoving it in while my arms stretched and ripped the fabric. She shared a lot of personal details about her hardships which isn't always a bad thing but on a day where I should feel like I'm a priority I definitely did not. She did not allow me to go take a look at any dresses to show her what I liked instead she picked dresses that did not tick the boxes I wanted. The appointment was only 1 hour and I feel like a lot of time was wasted on silly stories with no relevance. If its only a 1 hour appointment, questions should be asked about preferences before we even get there so she can have an array of dresses that suit what I like. I am very disappointed as I have read the reviews and studied the dresses on the website and really expected to find my dream dress. Instead I left feeling defeated and more insecure than I did going in.
