  Very disappointing experience

  This appointment cost me 44 bucks, for a sip of champagne and a horrible experience. I really wanted a dress with sleeves and the dresses she picked did not fit on my arms at all. The owner tried shoving my arms in them and just made me feel like an animal. I couldn't move my arms down or get it on properly and she insisted that I go out and show my guests the dress still. Instead of just getting me a bigger size that may fit my arms and bustling the back to fit my body she insisted that my arms could fit and continued shoving it in while my arms stretched and ripped the fabric. She shared a lot of personal details about her hardships which isn't always a bad thing but on a day where I should feel like I'm a priority I definitely did not. She did not allow me to go take a look at any dresses to show her what I liked instead she picked dresses that did not tick the boxes I wanted. The appointment was only 1 hour and I feel like a lot of time was wasted on silly stories with no relevance. If its only a 1 hour appointment, questions should be asked about preferences before we even get there so she can have an array of dresses that suit what I like. I am very disappointed as I have read the reviews and studied the dresses on the website and really expected to find my dream dress. Instead I left feeling defeated and more insecure than I did going in.

  It was truly the best experience

  Able to keep an open mind

  The consultant was amazing to deal with and willing to work with my limited budget. Able to find the dress and was not what I expected at first.

  Worst ever

  I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner and business during bridegown shopping. The owner was rude, dismissive, and cared more about her own view than that of the brides…it seemed like too much work for her to meet the needs of the bride. And, we had to pay $40 for cheap champagne and popcorn, which she started picking up even before we left. The ‘rules’ were outlined as soon as we came, don’t touch anything, pictures at the end etc. I feel sorry for anyone who goes to this shop. It is so appropriate that this shop is in a basement as the service and vibe is beneath all others. A visit to other shops by the owner may assist in understanding communication and customer centered service

Despite being given every detail on the dresses for each bridesmaid in the party (style #, photo, etc.), and having the girls measured in-store, Unveiled ordered 2 out of 4 dress styles in the wrong size. Staff and management acknowledged that it was their mistake but were unwilling to rush the correct order or pay for alterations to both of the incorrect dresses.   Hi Kelsi, this was an error on our part yes. Unfortunately we flipped around a couple of girls information as we were trying to do everything from a far and over quite a period of time. It was hard for your bride to be the middle man and the only one to review before we ordered. We apologized and tried to do everything in our power to correct the error. Due to timing we were unable to replace the gowns but had sourced fabric to help make the adjustments necessary as well as offered to pay for those adjustments.

  Unveiled has amazing service and beautiful dresses!

  I unfortunately had to shop for my wedding dress during COVID, so I had a very different experience than the conventional bride, but it turned out to be better than I had imagined. Aimee (the owner) actually delivered a number of dresses to my moms house and video called me, so I could try them on with my mom and her! It was incredibly generous of her to do that, as well as creative! I ended up finding my dress from her and couldn't have been happier with it. I highly recommend Unveiled, as they will go above and beyond to help you find your dream dress!

  Good experience

  Good experience trying on and finding the dress. Took longer than planned to get the dress. Once the dress got in they didn’t contact until I contacted them. Getting the dress picked up the didn’t follow up with.
  Dress however was great quality, lighter than most. Beautiful detail

  Pleasantly surprised

  When at another salon down the block my MOH and I decided to stop and look in the window. A sales lady came to the door and was quite rude about us not coming in which we weren't trying to. I decided to check out google reviews and noticed that people seemed to have an over all favourable experience aside from one associate so I took a chance.
  I am so glad I did! Alyssa was amazing at listening to what I wanted and the first dress she pulled ticked all the boxes! I then tried on 8-10 more dresses but that 1st one was the dress! I appreciated her patience and her compassion.
  So glad I took the chance and found my dress here!

  Caring, and positive experience!

  Amy was so caring and fun during my appointment. She turned a very long day into a happy ending! She listened to what I was looking for and was there to lend advice and compliments! I felt very comfortable and important during my time at unveiled!
