This team can create 4oz jars of local honey which takes on the flavour of the seasonal blossoms, creating a lighter flavour and straw colour for spring honey and honey which has a darker colour and more intense flavour for honey harvested later in the season. Your wedding favours can inlcude labels, ribbons and a honey stick if desired.
