Experience

The business was created by Helen Staines, a Canadian transplant by way of England. Helen created Decadence Chocolates after an unsuccessful attempt to make truffles. Through this experience, she discovered her love for creating chocolates and has taken a number of courses at the Callebaut Institute to enhance her skills and knowledge.
