They cancelled my order
I placed an order for some custom stickers and they cancelled my order because they didn't agree with the politics of what I chose to get on my stickers. Seems iffy…
I agree! After emailing for two days there is no type of sticker they can make for me without charging 30 per hour for a new design.
I asked for glitter/holographic originally but expressed I wasn’t picky on design because I was only using it to include with product packaging.
Literally anything would be fine! So they emailed over and over about why they couldn’t do the glitter one. Ok but what can you make for me sheesh!
I got the impression they would they say it took them like 9 hours to make it only because it was shared upfront.
They wanted to cancel it and start charge more money basically. oh well I canceled.
I ordered my stickers on Amazon with no issues.

Terrible business
They sent me something that i had not approved. Because of printing issues I received a half page with nothing on it because I explicitly asked to send me a proof before printing. Nevertheless they went ahead and printed anyways!! What I received is of terrible quality and very bad printing!! I would love to give zero stars if I could!!!!
Do no spend your money here!!! Total scam and not worth a penny!!!They sent me something that i had not approved. Terrible quality and even worse customer experience
Don't waste your time and money. I had such a bad experience with StickerYou and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I had a variety of vinyl and kiss-cut stickers printed for myself and my clients. When they (finally) arrived, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. The ink was patchy and it also ran on some items giving a blurry effect to the text. They are completely unusable.
I emailed Sticker You and sent them some pictures of the quality. Mistakes happen so I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix the issue. You can clearly see in the pictures the quality issues.
Instead, there was just a lot of emails back and forth of them requesting more photos and then telling me that the stickers meet their standards - surely they can't run a business with these "quality standards".
They also tried to blame the quality of my artwork files which was unfair - I am an experienced print graphic designer and was very careful to upload high resolution 300 dpi files.
Then they asked me to send the items to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE so they can inspect them. I'm in Australia so posting them back to the USA is expensive.
I am a small business owner and this was very dissapointing (1) because I have spent time (that I don't have) going back and forth with them with no results, (2) I am now out of pocked and have had to find a pay for another supplier to print my stickers, (3) My clients have had to wait over 2months for their stickers by the time the new supplier delivers the new stickers.
Don't waste your time with StickerYou. I would have been happy if they offered to reprint my stickers or provide a refund, mistakes happen but they showed not interest in rectifying the situation.Don't waste your time and money. I had such a bad experience with StickerYou and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Worst printing company and no place to review them on their site
How is it that they have a 5/5 star reviews in google but you can't even leave a review on their site unless they invite you to write a 5/5? Look at all the other site reviews for them, wish I would have seen this:

Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Two thumbs down!
Literally the WORST printing company on the net!! Horrible customer service. No contact number. Stickers take FOREVER!!!! God forbid you have an issue cause no one will correct it and it can ONLY be communicated on an online chat. IT takes FOREVER for a response which leads Me to believe it's not live chat as stated. Then no help at all to resolve any printing related issues whatsoever. Worst shipping times, colors were off. Words and design was offset. Just a Horrible experience!! I will NEVER ORDER from this crap shoot again!! Paid 44.99 for rush shipping and it still came 11 days later!!!!! Then it's a hassle to get a refund as you cant speak to anybody!! Go anywhere else save yourself the headache and lost business! I would never recommend this company to a bride. It would be too much stress with the wait and lack of customer service.

Stickeryou is amazing!
I'm honestly quite shocked to see any negative reviews about StickerYou! My company has been ordering our labels and giveaway stickers from them for over 5 years now! Super high-quality labels at unbeatable prices. And they've always actually gotten to me BEFORE the estimated delivery date! My wife is a teacher and the school where she works orders a ton of stickers, badges and patches fromfl StickerYou. They even got their school sports team logo's floor decal for the middle of the gym's basketball court from them!
For our wedding we got custom whiskey bottle labels from StickerYou and everyone asked where we got them! No way to talk to the company!
I placed an order on 8/19, which was due to arrive 8/29. Never received a shipping notification email, or tracking number. No status available on online account. Order never arrived. No live chat option is available, despite saying it on their site. I sent an email with my contact information explaining my issue. I sent a message on their "send us a message" option on their website. I googled their phone number and left a detailed message (it's only an automated service, you won't get an actual person). I sent them a message on Facebook, only to get a generic return message an hour later informing me to email them (that was Step 1, thanks). I sent them a Tweet. I received absolutely no responses from them on any forum. I just now received an email stating that my order has shipped. Today, the day after it was due to arrive. This company is an absolute joke, and it's completely unacceptable that there's no form of customer service whatsoever. We ordered a bunch of iron-ons for our bachelor and bachelorette parties and also some labels for wine bottles that were given to each guest with our photo and the date. Amazing service, quick delivery, great quality products. I was going to send them a PDF image to have 1 page of 10 stickers made, but their online system doesn't accept PDFs, so I uploaded a png. I let them know this was a "proof" order for a larger job, and I wanted to see the print and the material first (I wanted weather-proof vinyl). They contacted me and said the png was too dark, so I sent them the PDF via email. The stickers came back and looked fine. When I tried to do the larger order of 250, it was a constant back and forth of problems. They eventually just recreated the image from scratch - without telling me or sending me a proof. They used the wrong font when they did that...and not only was it more narrow, but some of the letters were different (as in: the two different ways to make a lower case "g"). Why they couldn't simply duplicate an order from just 2 weeks previous is beyond me. And whoever thought it was a good idea to recreate the image and print the entire order without sending me a proof obviously doesn't know how media projects work, especially since the first order was supposed to act like my proof, and I had been very clear about it.
These people are incompetent. I suppose if you have something easy, that you're not really particular about it, or if it gets into the right person's hands it'll be okay, but I won't take a chance with them again.
