  I would strongly encourage anyone looking at ordering bouquets through Bloom Bridal to look elsewhere. I had 4 main problems with my order.
  1) I received my order 3 days before my wedding.. much later then originally told.
  2) I requested short stems on my bouquets but they came the length of my forearm. Due to the close proximity to when I received my bouquet and the wedding day.. I had to see a professional florist to have mine cut and re wrapped.
  3) I had 4 of 6 bouquets completely fall apart within the first 20 minutes of handling for our PRE ceremony photos. They had to be fixed with duct tape prior to the ceremony causing a lot of unnecessary stress.
  4) I asked for mainly white in my bridal bouquet and mainly purple in my bridesmaids bouquets. They all came looking the exact same, except the bridesmaids bouquets were slightly smaller.
  Judy's lack of accountability has been disappointing to say the least. I paid $675 for bouquets that would last forever.. not 20 minutes. Dont waste your money

  Bloom Bridal provided the flowers for my wedding in June 2017. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my guests were so surprised when they found out they weren't real! The colours were so bright and really stood out beautifully in my photos. Everything held together perfectly on the day and I will be keeping my bouquet for the rest of my life. Customer service was excellent. The flowers were made exactly as I wanted them, including fern embellishments for my kiwi wedding! Could not have asked for better. Thank you bloom bridal for helping make my day perfect!

  Bloom Bridal provided the flowers for my wedding in June 2017. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my guests were so surprised when they found out they weren't real!   Judy was great to work with and was flexible with my requests. The flowers were perfect and I was so happy when they arrived. She was able to make my dream flowers come true and now I can keep them forever!

  Absolutely wonderful to work with, everything was put together and tweaked to match what I imagined perfectly! The flowers turned out so beautiful- everyone complimented them and thought they were real!

Judy went above and beyond with customer service. She met with me personally to create beautiful bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres that photographed beautifully and we communicated by email several times. Good communication. She even helped provide matching flowers so that we could make a mantel runner for our ceremony venue. People stopped me at our wedding photo shoot to look at the bouquets. They were so surprised to find out that the flowers were real touch bouquets and not real flowers. Everything was completed before the deadline. Five star vendor!!

  Judy was able to create exactly what we wanted! I always knew I wanted to have a fake bouquet that would last forever and when I saw these on pintrest I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. The flowers look so unbelievably real! We chose really bright wedding colors which would have been hard for any florist to match, but using the real touch flowers, Judy was able to get it perfect! I was so in love with all of the bouquets and am happy I will get to keep it forever :)

  Judy was so helpful. She gave me advice on coordinating the different flowers I requested with her expertise. Her work is astounding - I got married in Jamaica and received many compliments on how real and beautiful the bouquets looked. They also traveled very well!!
  I enjoyed working with Bloom Bridal and Judy's responses were very timely. I am so happy that I went with silk flowers, it was so worth it and a great bouquet I keep in my home as a constant reminder of my beautiful wedding.

  Judy at Bloom Bridal was amazing. I ordered my flowers closer to my wedding than is recommended, but she no trouble getting my order shipped in plenty of time.
  
  The flowers were exactly as shown, and are even more beautiful in person than online. Plus, I can keep them as a memento of my wedding. I'd highly recommend her products.
