One of the best vendor experiences from our Wedding!

Callia was really awesome to work with! Their seasonal flower options took the stress out of deciding what flowers and greenery to pick so I actually really enjoyed how easy it was to just pick an option in my style. Their communication is really top tier. They checked in with me in the months leading up to my wedding and provided many updates on delivery day to ensure I was able to get my flowers inside quickly as we were in a bit of a heat wave. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my bouquet was gigantic! I loved it! Great value for their prices. They were also very kind and helpful when I decided to order a pressed bouquet after my initial order went through. If I ever need to order flowers for another event I will get them from Callia for sure!

10/10 would recommend!

Much more affordable option for flowers, without compromising on flower quality or beauty! Love that the flowers were delivered, note you do need someone who is willing to transport/set them up for you on your wedding but worth it for the money you save!

Loved Callia Flowers!

I would 100% recommend Callia Flowers if you are thinking about them for your wedding day. Caitlyn was great to work with, we put in our order and then leading up to the event I had to make a few changes and she was super flexible about it! When the flowers arrived we checked them over and they were beautiful. We got 8 bouquets (one for the bride and 7 bridesmaids), 2 floral arches, 2 centre pieces, and then corsages and boutonnières. For the floral arches they gave loads of flowers and it made the arch beautiful! I think it's such a great idea, I struggled when going to florist shops because I didn't know names of flowers and florists would get stuck on the pinterest photos I showed when I would say it's only for inspo but with Callia Flowers I was able to just pick their preselected styles. I did end up buying extra burgandy flowers from a separate floral shop to add a bit of colour but I definitely don't count that against them!

Great DIY option

We used callia to order some flowers for bud vases at our post ceremony reception and we were very happy with their services. Not only were the flowers fresh, top quality and long lasting, the customer service was excellent. Probably the best customer service I’ve had ordering flowers.

Great Experience!

Our experience using Callia was great. The planning process was simple and Caitlin was great about answering any questions and confirming details. Communication was prompt and the delivery of our flowers went off without a hitch. They were wrapped well and the instructions to care for them was clear and easy to follow. The flowers looked great the day of the wedding and we got so many compliments on them! I ended up pressing them after the wedding and got them made into a sign which now hangs above our bed. Something we will cherish forever.

Great Bang for your Buck

We knew we wanted to have some florals at our wedding, but just couldn't justify dropping 5-7k on flowers. I loved working with Callia because they are incredibly reasonably priced, the flowers available are based on season (so they always work with the weather/seasonal vibe!), they are more sustainable, and if you go for their bud vases, you get a great favour for people to take home!

Beautiful Flowers and Excellent Service, with a Few Hiccups

I recently ordered flowers from Callia for my wedding and had a mixed experience. The communication was excellent from day one, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Their prices were excellent compared to florists who charged an arm and a leg, and the quality of the flowers was quite good. The vases were also very attractive, which added a nice touch to the overall aesthetic.

However, I did have a few concerns. The vases, while stylish, were very thin and felt a bit fragile and two broke in transit. Also, the bridal bouquet was the same size as the bridesmaids' bouquets, which made me feel less special as the bride. Another issue I encountered was the short window of time provided to check the flowers and report any concerns. As the bride, I was extremely busy in the days leading up to the wedding and needed more time to reach out to them. Lastly, I was surprised by the request for a tip, considering I paid a significant delivery fee and did much of the work myself, including trimming the flowers, arranging them in the vases, and transporting them to the venue. I would have been more inclined to tip if more of the labour had been handled by the vendor.

Overall, while Callia flowers had many positives, there were a few aspects of the service that I felt could have been better. I hope this helps future brides when considering Callia Flowers!

Stunning Bud Vase Package

We chose the Lola vibrant bud vase package for our reception dinner. The florals were absolutely stunning! The package included the perfect amount of vases and a wide variety of florals. The team & delivery made the process so easy! The florals also lasted a while after the wedding. I would 10/10 recommend Callia for your wedding florals!

August Wedding Florals

My husband and I live about an hour from Ottawa but really wanted to order our wedding florals through Callia. We used a relative’s address in Ottawa to make this delivery possible. The florals were packaged carefully and were easy to look after when we brought them home. They opened beautifully for our wedding day and were absolutely stunning. We even ordered matching boutonnières and corsages for the groomsmen, dads, and mothers. After the wedding, we handed out the bridesmaid bouquets to various family members to keep. The flowers lasted several weeks after the wedding and were just as beautiful as they were the day of. We absolutely loved our wedding florals and were beyond impressed with the services we received!

I ordered "The Lola" bouquet with sunflowers on the side to add in to it, and it was truly the most stunning bouquet I have ever seen. Callia is incredibly easy to communicate with, and answered all of my questions leading up to our day. They are extremely thorough and professional, and I will recommend them to absolutely everyone moving forward!
