So easy to work with and I point so pretty and gorgeous

We did 1 bridal, 2 bridesmaids, 1 flower-girl and 1 centre piece. I wanted an assortment of greens and succulents. When I picked up my bouquets I was pleasantly surprised at the size of them and how beautiful they were. They matched my requests and surpassed my expectations. They answered my emails promptly and gladly took my order with fairly short notice.

Samantha and her team at Cerise Floral were essential partners in our wedding in Fall 2023. She worked with us to curate a breathtaking display of flowers for the day that matched our decor, colours, and themes perfectly. Importantly, Samantha used her vast knowledge of all kinds of flowers, her expertise in floral arrangement, and a well-honed process of navigating an almost overwhelming selection of options to make the experience extremely pleasant and comfortable. Furthermore, Samantha helped us to achieve this all within our budget, timeline, and our specific requirements. For example, because I have allergies, we requested flowers--or modifications to our floral arrangements--to reduce the likelihood of an allergic reaction; Samantha accommodated us with aplomb and grace. We had so many compliments on the gorgeousness of our flowers on the day of our wedding. Thank you again for an incredible experience.

Worst service dealing with Mary. Would HIGHLY recommend you go elsewhere for better service and flowers! Not only is she unpleasant to deal with, but she was very inflexible. Wish I knew this before wasting time trying to work with this floral shop.
