Teresa went above and beyond, and was so flexible throughout all the changes and chaos that COVID threw our way. I was very upset to find that each of my bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids were in very poor condition. The flowers had been delivered BY the vendor, and almost every Lily in the bouquets were wilted. Also, I was told by the vendor that I would receive a "complimentary" tossing bouquet, which I did not.

We hired Fascination Flowers for our wedding this past week. They're based in Hamilton and provided the altar flowers, all wedding party flowers, and all the centerpieces for our wedding in Cambridge. We had a great experience with Teresa and this company!

I'm not experienced or knowledgeable with flowers so I needed a vendor who could take my Pinterest pictures and my colours and run with it on their own, and we were SO happy with the result! I was grateful to not have to stress at all about flowers, and even more so that Teresa was so easy to work with and flexible with the pandemic changing our table/seating arrangements not long before our wedding.

Great value, great quality, great customer service. Teresa made it all so easy, delivering the wedding party flowers to the hotel and everything else to the venue, and then set it all up with our candles. It looked AMAZING. We got a ton of compliments and I was so relieved to have beautiful flowers that were perfect replicas of the photos I sent to her. She made our wedding so beautiful and it didn't break the bank!
