Lindsay knew exactly what I wanted! My bouquets were better than I ever could have imagined!

Lindsay dropped off all communications with us. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with. We had a certain vision in mind, but also a budget that we needed to stick to. She helped us with finding the best way to bring it all together and we stayed right within budget. Lindsay helped with so many detail of our day including set up and take down, and even helped us with re using and re purposing items from the ceremony to the reception. We couldn't have done it without her, our wedding really was perfect thanks to Florabella. We highly recommend Lindsay and her team.

Our wedding day turned out perfectly thanks to Florabella Decor and Design. We gave Lindsay our colours and a few inspiration pictures as requested and she really helped to put it all together for us. Coming from out of town I knew we didn't want to have to be bringing decor or have our family setting up and she took care of all of this for us including our flowers. Both the ceremony and reception were beautiful. I would highly recommend Florabella.

I was a little disappointed with the services we received from Florabella Design and Decor. Lindsay did not respond to emails for a few weeks at a time which made me feel slightly nervous. Our vision was nature inspired and after looking at photos from our reception I noticed a few things that were originally on our invoice did not arrive. When I asked about this, I did not get a response as to why those items were missing (moss and an additional white blossom tree) but I did get a refund for those items. I was also promised a vision board prior to the wedding which I also did not receive. During the last few weeks before the wedding, Lindsay did not respond to multiple emails and did not send me the seating chart for final approval. Our seating chart ended up being in reverse minus our parents table. Many of the closest relatives were seated at the back of the hall which was disappointing for our parents. My bouquet also fell apart. Overall, I wouldn't recommend hiring Florabella Design and decor due to these reasons. I think communication is key when planning a wedding which would probably would have helped minimize the errors that were made and I did not appreciate the lack of responsiveness I experienced.
