Natasha is brilliant! She was our florist for both our wedding day and our postponed reception a year later. The arrangements she made for both events were absolutely stunning, and we got so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful they were. Natasha was also very prompt/responsive to our questions and concerns (especially in light of planning events during a pandemic!) and was highly professional. It was easy to convey what we envisioned for our special day and she definitely went above and beyond what we had initially planned. She was also very flexible when we asked for a last minute floral arrangement for our puppy. We highly recommend Natasha for all our wedding floral needs. -

Unfortunately, we did not receive our flowers as planned. Our day-of-coordinator had to arrange a rush order after our flowers did not arrive for their scheduled delivery. The florist acknowledged that our order had not been entered into their new system (which was recently upgraded) and so was missed. Likely due to the rush, we were incredibly disappointed with the overall quality and style which did not match the vision we had discussed. We had to pluck out pieces before carrying them down the aisle.
Natasha did reach out to apologize for the mistake and provided a full refund. I understand that human error happens and it sounds like this company was having a bad day. But I...Flower Aura by Natasha's reply:
Thank you, Courtney, for sharing your honest opinion and allowing us to explain our new booking process that will now prevent anything like that happen again.
As you know your quote and booking was done in pre COVID times and back then we had simple system of tracking our proposals by simply looking into our directory to see what's next. Needless to say, that this kind of approach left an opportunity for things to fall in the cracks.
Therefore, to eliminate any possibility to the very same thing that happen to you, we switched to the automated software that allow us to truck all new quotes and proposals in one nice and clear data base, that records... -

Natasha was amazing to work with, she brought our vision to life with the floral bouquets and boutonnières. She was always quick to respond to my emails and I found her prices to be reasonable when comparing to other floral places in Calgary. I’m extremely impressed with how fresh the floral were! They held up really well throughout the event as well as afterwards. -

I cannot express into words how perfect the flower arrangements were for our church wedding and reception! Natasha went above and beyond and even accommodated us with a last minute request for more flowers. I didn't realize the importance of the flowers until I saw the pictures afterwards and noticed how much they completed the perfect visual. I left a lot of the creative design to Natasha and she created the perfect arrangements. I would use Natasha for any future floral needs! The flowers remained in amazing condition for a long time after. We could not be happier. THANK YOU NATASHA!!! -

Beautiful Day
Natasha was wonderful to work with. She was able to meet with me twice before the wedding to ensure we had my vision nailed down and executed everything day of flawlessly. Her florals elevated each aspect of the day and I would highly recommend her services! -

Natasha created a beautiful bouquet for our wedding and amazing boutonnieres as well. Everything matched the wedding colours so well and the flowers were very fresh. Excellent service provided by Natasha and she had everything ready on time for the wedding planner on the day of. Would highly recommend. -

Natasha did an amazing job with the silk flowers we had ordered! She was able to get them spot on with my reference photos! She was so patient with me and my changes and worked with me every step of the way to ensure everything was right! Natasha even did an adorable flower collar for my pup so she was included with the wedding party! Wonderful to work with, I highly recommend Natasha! -

I would highly recommend Natasha for all of your floral needs!
She truly brought my vision to life for my Fall wedding, when I really did not give her a lot to work with.
We had to transport the flowers two hours to our venue and Natasha took the time and care to package them so they would make the trip.
I had so many compliments on my flowers, they were the true focal point of our day! The colours were absolutely stunning and I only gave her a small colour palette to work with. She was so flexible with my vision, and my constant changes, she would always have an idea or recommendation to ease... -
