Beautiful flowers and great customer service

Nathan created my dream bouquet for my wedding last year. I will not hesitate to recommend him for any floral needs. I provided him some inspiration photos and he made a fresh, beautiful bouquet within my budget. He also delivered the bouquet in-person to my hotel room the day of, which was very thoughtful of him.

Absolutely beautiful!

I ordered flowers with Graham and Lane florist for my wedding this August, and they exceeded my expectations. Everything was delivered on time, packaged carefully with instructions, and looked absolutely beautiful, it was a pleasure working with Nathan and I recommend it to anybody who is looking for a great florist!

Only florist I will ever use forever

Nathan, at Graham and Lane, not only did the flowers for my wedding, he also did the flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The thought, the artistry, the quality, and the choices were above and beyond any expectations I had in the city of Edmonton. He listened attentively to the needs of the client, and then presented options that opened up the client’s perspective and imagination. Both the centerpiece for my parents’ party and all of the flowers, the garlands, and the bouquets for my wedding were stunning.

My daughter's bouquet looked like something in a magazine! She had provided some information regarding what she would like, but she left the final design up to the florist. Words literally cannot describe it. The colours, the flowers themselves, unbelievable. And let's not forget the table centrepiece. Again, unbelievable. I really can't say enough about the flowers. Yes it may seem a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it. People will be talking about the flowers for days!

We had a good experience with Graham and Lane Florists. The flowers were beautiful and I loved my bouquet. Kelly was easy to work with and she helpful with evolving our ideas, as we weren't too sure what exactly we wanted.

Love, Love, Love Graham and Lane. Kathy and Kelly took such great care and understanding of exactly what I wanted for my centerpieces and bouquets. They set up several meetings to make sure they had all the details correct or to see if there were any changes. My bouquets were stunning. I wanted to hold the bouquet all night long!

We had our flower arrangements done by this florist. Everything went well and my bouquet was beautiful, although it was a bit pricy. But it seems to be a going rate and we are left with very nice keepsakes. They dried up really well without losing the shape. It will last forever. I am satisfied. Kelly was a very helpful and flexible when I revised the plan.

I would not trust this florist. If this is the florist located at 10235 101 Street NW Edmonton, AB T5J 3E8 Canada , then I would warn others and to be careful. They had cheated me out of money. They are also rude.

Kelly at Graham and Lane Florists was wonderful to work with - she really listened to our ideas, added her creativity, and came up with the perfect wedding bouquets and flowers and floral arrangements for our reception. The price was reasonable, and the delivery and set up were just right. She worked well with our cake baker (Cake Couture), the church (St. Joseph Basilica), and reception venue (Union Bank Inn). Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
