Unfortunately I have to give two stars. Our communication throughout 2021 and 2022 I thought was really great. Joanna was very responsive to all emails. I have clear instructions on what florals I wanted including inspiration photos. I was in shock when my groomsmen brought in the flowers. I thought I had received the wrong order! I was so so disappointed. This is my wedding I will never get to plan this again. On top of the bouquets being not what I was expecting the corsages that we had discussed ended up being pin corsages? Which was not discussed clear to me. So it was absolute chaos of everyone trying to figure out what was a boutonnières and what was a corsage. That left me feeling sad and stressed as I made my way to the venue. Although the flowers were pretty they were not at all what I wanted.
The centrepieces we had agreed on had flowers and leaves and I made clear of what I wanted in email to Joanna. I ended up with eucalyptus leaves layed on the table.
I have emailed Joanna about all of this and did not receive even an apology or our money back for the centrepieces. She kept blaming our decor rental lady who did a perfect job might I say. That she told Joanna not to do the centrepieces that we asked for. After talking to our decor lady she confirmed that that was not true and she stated that there was lots of little issues with Joanna at the venue.
Joanna you were supposed to do the centrepieces we discussed. Yes extra florals were to go to our Airbnb for details portraits. That does not mean we don’t want our centrepieces we paid for.
I feel very sad I have to write a review like this. But at the very least I hope this helps a bride make her decision because I will never get to experience my wedding again. Yes I had a beautiful day and beautiful wedding but when you pay thousands for a service you expect it to be right and people do make mistakes so at the very least apologize show empathy and a refund on an item that wasn’t received.Lil' Pink Daisy Florals's reply:

We cannot rave enough about Joanna and Lil Pink Daisy! Our wedding was very much all about the flowers, my bouquet was our color palate for the whole venue. We gave Joanna a vision and she ran with it. I can honestly say we were blown away with how well she captured everything we asked for. Joanna was professional, creative and easy to work with and we would recommend Lil Pink Daisy to everyone!Lil' Pink Daisy Florals's reply:

July wedding
Absolutely stunning. I wanted peonies and I got stunning examples in my and the bridal parties’ bouquets along with other beautiful choices. The flowers lasted for around 10 days afterwards so we had them for our little mini-moon. Can’t wait to get the exact bouquet again for an anniversary. Joanna was amazing to work with! In our first meeting she 'got' the vision I had for my wedding but couldn't really articulate (or at least not well enough for other florists to truly 'get' it.) Joanna was willing to go outside of the usual, doing a flower wand that my niece continues to love playing with and a superman boutonnière for my nephew - which he loves! My wedding flowers were amazing and tied everything together perfectly. Joanna even braved a blizzard to make sure I had my flowers on time on my wedding day. I truly can't say enough about how talented Joanna is in creating a floral vision from scratch! -

Joanna is one of a kind! We had the most seamless and professional experience! We even through curveballs her way very close to the wedding date and she went above and beyond. Everything was done beautifully and and right on time. She is also very experienced in everything to do with weddings and gives very helpful advice! Highly recommend! -

She listened to everything I wanted and sent lots of pictures to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. She checked in frequently and is really the sweetest person and a fantastic florist! She designed all of the centrepieces and bouquets around my colours, flowers I like, and my budget. I couldn’t be happier with how everything looked.
