Owner and operater of Maezy's Petals, I've had a passion and love for flowers since I was a young girl playing in my mother's garden. Right out of high school I knew I wanted to be a florist so I attended college and took my commecial floristry program in Olds, AB, for the year program. I worked my practicum at a great shop and moved on to work at many other amazing shops where I was mentored by 4 amazing florists and learned all the tricks of the trade. After having my children I opened my own shop, Maezy's Petals where I operated my storefront out of my home and I have a full blown flower shop open to the public as soon as you come through the door, Now busniess is good and I originally wanted to be able to work from home with my boys who are 3 and 5 but has gotten so busy i've had to put them into daycare, bittersweet. I always attends workshops and shows to keep up to date on all the modern and new techniques. I have a passion for flowers for all occasions and making your wedding dreams into a reality.
