Mountain Meadows was an absolute joy to work with for our wedding! We got married this past September 28th, 2024 at Hillside Lodge & Chalets in Golden BC. We reached out to Mountain Meadows and received an immediate response from the owner Blaire - she was very enthusiastic about helping us achieve our vision! We provided her photo examples of our proposed theme/vibe of "Dark Romantic" and she was able to immediately suggest specific flower combinations with greenery and dried pampas grass that perfectly fit what we were looking for. She was also able to recommend the specific arrangements we might want or need to properly outfit the venue - we went with 3 large arrangements for the wedding ceremony arch/pergola, 2 large entryway pieces to the ceremony area, small aisle markers for the sides of the guest benches, 15 centerpieces for the reception barn tables, bride's bouquet and groom's boutonniere all for a very reasonable price. The ceremony arch pieces were also designed in a way that they could be laid flat and re-purposed for the head table during the dinner and reception.
Blaire arrived the morning of the ceremony and had everything setup well in advance of the day's proceedings. If I had to do everything over again I would use Blaire & Mountain Meadows Floral 100/100 times. Thank you!!!! :D

With the BC floods taking place, access to greenery was limited just a few days from the wedding. Mountain Meadows was flexible and able to accommodate quickly. Our bouquets were just beautiful!! So happy with how everything turned out. I would work with this vendor again in a heartbeat!
