Samantha/Pocket of Posies did our personal flowers and altar arrangements for our wedding. They were fantastical. She was able to use the flowers we requested and kept within our bright colour scheme. Samantha really respected our budget and even though we did not have a relatively large order she still worked with us. We’d highly recommend Pocket of Posies to be your wedding florist.

Samantha at Pocket of Posies was extremely helpful every step of the way. She adapted so well to the changes we had to make as a result of COVID-19, and was super easy to work with. She brought all of my flower dreams to life.
The table settings was a greenery and candle tablescape that fit the room perfectly.
On our arbour, the flowers complemented the outside chapel.
The bouquets were exactly perfect.

Samantha was absolutely amazing to work with. I’m not huge into flowers generally but she took my vision and ran with it, creating beautiful bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, and ceremony and reception decor. She made suggestions for details that I didn’t even know I wanted but brought more of the feeling I was looking for to our day.
Flowers were one part of the wedding I didn’t stress about because I knew she had it under control.

We just got married and Samantha was our florist. The flowers were so beautiful and smelled amazing - everyone commented on it! She's also very hands-on and helps to make sure everything is perfect the day of.

The process of selecting a florist really intimidated me, initially. I was a very hands-on bride. Particular with my vision, but not in a grandious sense. It was important to me that our vision was brought to life, but that our costs remain reasonable.
I had a 14 person wedding party, so right away I knew that I would need to be flexible. When I met with Sam of Pocket of Posies, what really struck me was her desire to be the flexible party. She immediately loved what I had in mind (earthy, whimsical yet simple, with touches of tartan, deep navy and thistle)
We created a concept, Sam looked into in-season options, guided me through ways to give the florals multiple use throughout the day (altar arrangements turned to accents at the reception venue, bridal party bouquets as alternates to head table centrepieces)
Over the 8 months that i worked with Sam, she was kind, quick to respond, knowledgeable and dedicated. What floored me the most was the actual arrival of the flowers on the morning of my wedding. They were entirely perfect. It was like she completed a sentence that I never even started. And, she wrapped me in a big hug. In the middle of a crazy household of bridesmaids and flower girls and mothers and photographers, she brought me back down to planet earth with her professionalism and gentle personality. And then, she was off to our second drop off point, to deliver the boutineieres, alter pieces and extended family corsages.
It was a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Thank you, Sam!

Our wedding flowers were beyond amazing! Samantha did an exceptional job bringing our vision to life. Every arrangement, from the bouquets to the boutonnieres to the centrepieces, was stunning and full of vibrant, fresh blooms (can’t emphasize the freshness enough!!!). They perfectly captured the vibe we wanted for our big day. Samantha was so easy to work with—responsive, creative, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her attention to detail and craftsmanship truly made the flowers a centerpiece of our celebration. We received so many compliments on the flowers! I couldn’t have asked for a better florist, and I highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding!

Samantha was great to work with and she truly brought my vision to life. She made the most beautiful centrepieces, altar pieces and personal floral arrangements. The floral arrangements she created looked EXACTLY like the photos I gave her for inspiration. I had so many guests comment on how beautiful all of the floral arrangements were on my wedding day. With COVID it took away the ability to meet anyone in person. This didn't matter for Samantha, she made both of my venues look absolutely stunning with the little information I gave her since I am not knowledgable in this department! My guests had nothing but wonderful things to say!
