Rent A Rose is a premium rent and return faux flower business committed to providing gorgeous faux wedding flowers for a fraction of the cost of fresh cut florals. We provide premade bridal, bridesmaid and flower girls bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and large format arch florals for a five day rental period. You can pick up your florals at our location by Southgate mall, or or we can deliver your florals and pick up them up after your event, making this a simple, easy experience for you.

Why go faux?

There are no surprises or substitutions when you rent our premade wedding floral creations. What you see on our website is exactly what you will receive a day or two before your event. Our floral offerings are artfully created from exquisitely realistic blooms that are imperious to weather conditions, so there will be no wilting, drooping or pedals dropping off. Our florals are environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic for those with scent issues. They look fantastic in photos, and our value pricing will allow you to save money for other important elements of your wedding, like the honeymoon! Since we are not constrained by using buds that are in bloom in the same season, we are able to design some unique, visually stunning creations. We have thirteen collections in every color palette, so there is something for everyone; whimsical, dramatic, elegant, bohemian, bright and playful and dark and moody.

Other Services we offer

In addition to faux florals we also offer a host of other decor and tablesetting items: chargers, napkins, votives in every color, candles: real and LED, lanterns, eucalyptus arch garlands and much, much more. We provide florals and décor for all life’s special moments; engagement parties, anniversaries, birthday parties, showers and of course weddings. If you need help on the day of with set up and event styling with offer that service too!

Amazing Value and they look GREAT in Photos!!

Laurie is AMAZING!! And I do not regret not having fresh flowers at all. I ordered all my center pieces and bouquets from Rent-A-Rose and the flowers look amazing in the photos. Check out Laurie's website and if you are on the fence, see if you can check out her flowers at a trade show or make an appointment with her:) It was also really nice to have the flowers for multiple days as we were setting up the hall ourselves, so this way everything was able to be set up the day before and I didn't have to worry about flowers on the day of the wedding:)

Table decor

I won a gift certificate to Rent-a-Rose through Bridal Fantasy. Laurie’s wide selection of decor helped elevate our reception space and create an elegant atmosphere. We used centrepieces, greenery, and candles to decorate our sweetheart table, which turned out beautifully. Communicating with Laurie was easy, and pickup and drop off were very smooth. I would highly recommend Laurie for your decor needs!

Faux Florals that look & photograph as REAL!

Laurie was amazing! She was very helpful in making our florals more personal by adding in pussy willows we provided. Made both a custom bride bouquet incorporating the pussy willows & a Flower Girl floral & pearl crown. Everyone was asking us about the flowers & were shocked that they were faux florals.

Breathtaking bouquets!

I was introduced to Rent-A-Rose while at bridal fantasy. Such an amazing company! I was so amazed and fascinated with the designs of the bouquets! They have so many options to choose from! Great Experience!!

I have Used Rent a Rose twice, once for a corporate event and once for a 50th Birthday party. Both experiences were great, the owner Laurie is very conscientious. The flowers arrived on time, they looked fantastic, and they were picked up the next day. They are very easy to do business with, I would recommend them.

This was a fabulous idea for us!

I was having a big dinner party at my home at Christmas and I needed some gorgeous flowers. I was hesitant to get real flowers as we were leaving on holiday one day after the party and would not be around to enjoy them (and they were going to be very expensive) Then I heard about Rent A Rose, well... what a great find. I rented the flowers, they looked great and I paid significantly less than the florist I normally go to. We will definitely use Rent A Rose again.

Bridemaids flower rental

Laurie was very very amazing she made it all super easy for me as a bride. She made sure I got exactly what I was looking for, the color of the bouquet I picked out for my bridesmaid matched their dresses so well and my bridesmaids loved it. The bouquets were absolutely stunning 😍. I got real roses for myself and by the end of the day it looked withered which was super frustrating I honestly regretted not renting out my bouquet. I loved how my bridesmaid bouquets looked real and they turned out beautifully of the photos as well. All in all I would rate this experience 10/10 and would definitely recommend renting out your bouquets from Laurie 🤗

Great service

We had the pleasure to deal with Laurie and had a great experience from start to finish. We used Rent a Rose for 90% of our decorations and floral arrangements. Laurie welcomed us into her home to go over some possible table set ups and to view the floral arrangements.
If you are looking for a honest small business to support for your event speak to Laurie at Rent a Rose. You will not be disappointed. The quality of the rentals is excellent and she has a great selection to choose from. We will add pictures soon. Thanks Laurie.

Hi I am Laurie! I am the creative director of Rent A Rose. I have a enjoyed a successful, multi-phase career working with project planning, design concepts, and colour in multiple mediums. After I completed my BFA in design at the University of Alberta, I worked for several years as an art director at an advertising agency, while also exhibiting and selling my paintings in galleries in B.C. I transitioned into sales, marketing and project management at a fortune 500 company where I became adept at keeping multiple initiatives on time and on budget. Now I am thrilled to bring these skills to the success and growth of Rent a Rose, what I views as a “disruptor” to the antiquated world of floral designs for the event industry. Besides the practical advantages of resilient, diverse, all-season silk flowers, I love the aesthetic possibilities and pleasures of creating new and exciting designs for my clients.
