Honestly you blew my expectations out of the water. We were so so happy with everything you put together! You were so personable and worked so well with us! You made my dreams a reality. A lot of my followers were dried so we were able to hang them up around our home. So happy I still get to look at them everyday. -

Connie was amazing! On our consultation meeting, I could tell that she is passionate about her work. She was thorough and detailed, and was considerate of the budget that I had provided. I sent her an inspo picture of a flower arrangement I loved, and on the day of, they turned out even better than expected! Punctuality is definitely important on the wedding day and bridal bouquets were delivered at the hotel and flowers to the venue on time. Her instructions for care were also clear. I am so happy I decided to book with Sweet Elegance. -

Connie is a true professional. She definitely made my Pinterest board come to life! She designed a beautiful arch piece that transitioned easily to a centrepiece for the sweetheart table. The centrepieces and bouquets were also beautiful and we got so many compliments. They also took the photos to the next level. Thank you so much! -

Beautiful flowers!
Sweet Elegance provided all of the floral arrangements for our wedding at 50th Parallel Winery in Lake Country, BC. The supply of product was terrific and we certainly appreciate their patience as we had to workout details to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions and overall uncertainty on numbers. The flowers were wonderful but we found Sweet Elegance difficult to communicate with at times whereas our other vendors were understanding of the challenges associated with rescheduling and happy to work with us pending their own availability, working with SE felt like a chore or as if they were doing us a favor a little bit. There was a miscommunication at one point where the contract and emails weren't coming through and she threatened to drop our date. After we started communicating via text, it became much more efficient. Again, the arrangements were terrific and beautiful! We were very happy on the day.Sweet Elegance's reply:
Thank you for taking the time for your review, and I value the feedback.
As you recall, your original wedding date needed to be postponed due to covid and I worked hard to be accommodating, as did your other vendors, for your new date in July 2021. Then you approached me again to request a second date change to September 2020 instead. You will recall that I told you I was not able to work with this new date, as I was in Alberta at that time, committed to my nephew’s wedding which was booked a year in advance. I asked if we couldn’t do it the week later, but your photographer was unable to commit to that weekend, so you planned according to his schedule.
I then made the decision that rather than say no to your new wedding date, and have you forfeit your original retainer and have to start over and find a new florist, that I would do my best to make the date work for you. I again waived the postponement fee a second time and made alternate arrangements on my end.
I sent the revised contract, and further email reminders to please sign the contract to ensure your wedding plans can proceed, a voicemail and finally a text after not having had a response, stating that I would have to release your date as I didn’t receive the contract. Definitely an unfortunate chain of technology challenged events, as I work very hard to provide exceptional service, and did my best to communicate with you.
I was so glad we finally got the details worked out! Since that time we had good communication with lots of emails and texts back and forth, confirming last minute details.
After designing the florals in advance for my nephew's wedding, I drove back home from Alberta just in time to receive your wedding flowers the next day and begin the designing process.
I’m so glad that you loved the flowers! It was so sweet to have received your text after your wedding telling me that you could not have been happier.

Amazing Service & Breathtaking Work
Working with Connie this past year was a wonderful experience! She gave the best customer service from our first phone call to the day of our wedding.
