  Wedding flowers

  Although the flowers Holly provided were beautiful themselves, most of the arrangements were not like my inspiration photos or what I was asking for. I sent her a picture of a sweetheart table arrangement I wanted, never saying I wanted it to be different from the picture or have greenery included but my arrangement had a ton of greenery which was not the look I was going for at all. It was a similar issue with my ceremony flowers that also included much more greenery than my inspiration picture. I was also not happy with my centerpieces as they also included what I feel was an excessive amount of greenery to flowers which again I had said to Holly that I did not want a ton of greenery. She also increased the price of these a little to more match with my vision which I was fine with but then saw the finished product and they were still quite small and again did not closely resemble my inspiration photos.
  
  Holly was professional, pleasant and did beautiful work (my bouquets and babies breath aisle arrangements were what I had asked for) but I was not happy to see something totally different from what I asked for and excess amounts of greenery, especially for the amount of money we paid. I know wedding flowers can be very pricey but I would have liked there to have been more transparency on how many flowers would realistically be in each arrangement for the price given and in relation to the photos I gave. Had I known from when I got the first quote that there would so much greenery, I would not have moved forward.
  
  I would only recommend Holly to a certain extent as I think she is easy to work with and does make beautiful arrangements but didn't do a great job listening to or seeing what I wanted. I have attached photos of my inspiration pictures and the 3 are what I received.

  Stunning!

  Having seen some of the beautiful work that Holly has done, she was an easy choice for our August wedding. I was overwhelmed when I saw all of the beautiful and thoughtful details she put into our day. The bouquets, boutonnieres, arrangements and tables were so incredible - it was straight out of a magazine. Holly is efficient, professional and is so easy to deal with. Everything was stunning and absolutely perfect - thank you Holly!!

  Truly beautiful!

  - Holly has been the florist for many weddings we’ve been to, so we knew right away, without a doubt that if she had availability for our big day, we were locking her in quick. She is kind, puts together literal art with her floral arrangements and goes above and beyond while on site to set up, move things around and make your venue look perfect. For those cost conscious Brides and Grooms (aren’t we all? Lol), she also encourages and explains ways in which her floral could be displayed one way and then reused in different ways throughout the day to help you stay on budget and make the best use of her work. We can’t stop looking at the photos of our bouquets, boutonnières and corsages as well. She helps guide your vision and then executes perfectly every time. My wife says she’ll even miss just meeting with Holly for consults and catching up on life. Thanks for all the hard work, Purple Peony. We were lucky to have you!

  Amazing Florals!

  Holly was amazing at accommodating the vision we had in mind for our wedding florals and made me feel completely at ease (after having some bad luck with 2 other florists)and everything was exactly as we had hoped it would be for our big day! The bridesmaids bouquets and groomsmen boutonnières matched perfectly and really complimented our dusty sage and lavender theme. My bouquet was so stunning I even saved the flowers and made a dried arrangement pressed in a frame with them, we will cherish it and the memories forever and hope to use her services again someday soon! We would definitely recommend her to anyone!

  Flowers were beyond expectations!!

  The bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages were incredible. My jaw literally dropped the first time I saw the bouquets! I sent an inspiration photo and went over some ideas I liked and the result was so perfect and beyond anything I could have asked for. Easy to work with and grear communication! Highly reccomend Purple Peony!

  Beautiful Flowers and Professional Florist

  Holly was a pleasure to work with for my wedding day. She was organized and easy to communicate with over email. She was understanding and accommodating for the several date changes during the pandemic. The flowers were gorgeous and better than I could have imagined. My bouquet is still thriving and smells amazing. I highly recommend!

  Purple Peony is outstanding

  Holly from Purple Peony is extremely talented!! She is so down to earth, extremely reasonable and is great to work with. We told her the colours we would like and then for her to use her expertise. We were in awe with the bouquet and centre piece arrangement that she put together. It was stunning and perfect. We felt lucky to work with her and would recommend her in a heart beat!

  Amazing florist !!

  Holly is truly outstanding ! Working the the purple peony was the best experience. She was down to earth and professional and excited my vision perfectly. I truly could not recommend a better florist for the Port Perry and surrounding area.

  September wedding

  Incredible flowers

  I worked with the purple peony through my wedding planner and the flowers we received for my wedding day were nothing short of spectacular. Would highly recommend the purple peony for any event, especially weddings!
