Unresponsive, unable to stick to do other designs not done by them
If you book them, only choose their work; they cannot follow inspiration pictures from other florists. You will need time and patience on your hands to work with them. Do not book if you are short of time.
Reasonably priced. The centrepieces and decor for the reception were great and set up on time. However, my bridal bouquet didn’t match the pictures I sent them and didn’t like how it turned out in terms of colour scheme (I wanted more blush, white and hints of peach. Turned out very orange) and shape. It seems like they gave me fewer flowers in the bridal bouquet than advertised in the package and replaced with chunky greens (same with the bridesmaid bouquets). The delivery was late by 30 min due to traffic Sometimes, it took a while to get a response (I Facebook messaged Diane, Facebook page, and sent emails) in the weeks leading up to the wedding and when we called the store, we were just told to wait for a response as Diane is the only one that handles weddings. A few of the flowers from my bouquet were already bending and falling out by early afternoon with minimal use. The boutonnières were wilting and shedding by midday. Overall, great for the price and we liked the reception decor.

We have booked Verona Décor as our vendor for our backdrop on June 3, 2017 at the Fontana Primavera! I was working with Andrew and have nothing but good things to say about him! He’s very knowledgeable and professional! I am always impressed with every single photo I see on their instagram account. Each week they post something that is absolutely beautiful! These guys are pros! They know how to make a space look absolutely stunning! I am really looking forward to see what they create for us on our wedding day!

Good quality flowers but slow to respond
The contact at Verona Florist was not very responsive. Even though their ads were placed on Facebook, they very rarely responded to facebook messages. It wasn't until about a week before wedding day that we found out they responded mostly to emails and then we finally got the contact's email. She was more responsive to emails but she should have communicated to us sooner to use email over facebook messages as well as provide her email. Flowers and arrangement was quite good, though the flowers are not the freshest. Overall, the presentation was great and the price was quite compelling for what we got, however, the communication really tested our patience especially during a critical time in planning an already stressful event. I really wouldn't recommend unless you have lots of patience and to be honest if their communication was better, then I would recommend because I was quite happy with their flowers but the extra stress we got from lack of communication does not make up for it.

Diane + her team at Verona Florist were incredible to work with for our wedding florals + decor. She was so attentive to all of my ideas and turned my wedding inspirations into a reality! Looking forward to working with them again in the future.
