My fiancé and I got married this past August and Vintage Bash decorated the wedding. It looked absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t ask for much more. They were very communicative and their team executed a beautiful set up. There was a forgotten item. That’s OK stuff happens. They made sure the item was delivered right away before the wedding started as soon as my coordinator realize something was missing.

We had an exceptional experience with Vintage Bash for our wedding rentals. We rented a floral arch, pillars, a couch, and a few other decorative touches, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The staff were incredibly helpful, even editing the arch to complement the rest of the flowers on our special day seamlessly—achieved with just a simple photograph of a floral mock-up!

Their responsiveness to emails and the helpful tips they offered were greatly appreciated. The entire process was smooth, and their professionalism shone through in every interaction.

I originally picked VintageBash for our wedding day because they offered both floral and decor but what we ended up with was so much more! People were actually in awe when they saw how our venue was decorated. The flowers and decor were even more beautiful than I ever could have imagined - even my now husband commented that he was so glad we picked them as a vendor because the venue looked so nice. Jacqui & her team at Vintage Bash were exceptional! From the very first consulting call to scope out the details of the wedding, right through to execution on the day of our wedding, were perfect. We couldn't have been happier with how the staging, all the flowers, candles, place settings all looked.. It was like a dream walking into the restaurant! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous as well! It was all exactly what I had hoped for on our special day and much more. Such an amazing team at Vintage Bash; from first contact till the day of the scheduled event. All communications were polite, robust, clear and timely. The decorations were beautiful and just as displayed online but even more enchanting in person. It added to the excitement of the day. The team was also very accommodating to the fact that my intended venue opened later than expected and there was no complaint from their end. All in all, a great experience - I highly recommend and will definitely be working with them again.

I simply can't say enough great things about VintageBash. From the initial appointment, follow ups through email and phone, upto the execution of our flower and decor team. They have been so attentive to our concerns and requests. They are a one-stop shop, which makes planning a wedding or events so much easier and stress free. They were all such lovely and professional people. They understood our vision for our wedding and met beyond our expectations. Knowing dusty blue isn't the easiest color to find especially in flower, they still made it work and help us achieve a beautiful and memorable floral design for us. Even our guest couldn't stop talking about it. (I myself wanted to bring home the floral arc if I could 🥰) Honestly would recommend them to anyone! I can't even wait to plan another event just to hire them again!

Booked vintage bash for our 2021 wedding but due to the pandemic we postponed. We went in to the store front to pick items and booked online as per their suggestion as we were hiring a separate decor team to set up for us. We corresponded back and forth several times confirming colours of linens and quantity up until July of 2022 when we added additional linens. The day of pick up we went and we’re given the wrong color of linens. After 1-hour of waiting, the staff brought out two linens that we asked for, again we were asked what size and quantity (this was on our order form and we responded). After 30-minutes we were asked again how many we needed, at this point I got frustrated. They set up tables with what they had and at this point we just wanted to leave. We had to come back 1-hour later to pick up our cruiser table linens as they were not cleaned - we came back and everything was packed up. They were apologetic and made things right after the event by refunding us our linen cost. The venue looked great and everything else was as ordered. Only suggestion is to confirm several times including the week of your linen choices. We are just happy we went to pick it up and not our family members or else it would have been a nightmare.
