These ladies were amazing! I used them for three event for my wedding and each and every time they did an amazing job. They were always on time, friendly, and professional.
They went above and beyond for me when I was preparing for my Sihk ceremony and my skirt didn’t fit properly. They helped secure my skirt and stayed to help make sure my hair and makeup were perfect.
If I ever need my hair and makeup done again I will be booking with them. I can’t thank them enough! -

My brother and his wife got married September 7th, 2024, and hired KW Mobile Makeup and Hair for both Hair and Makeup services. The morning of the wedding, the stylist was late, and arrived unprepared, asking for a mirror and extension cords. She was not dressed professionally and looked half asleep.
She started doing some of the hair for the bridesmaids first (including me). All of the bridal party asked for simple updos. The MOH asked for a simple updo with some curls and a braid around the crown. The hairstylist did not pre-treat or do anything to her hair before styling, not even brushing it. She completely ignored the reference photo, and the end result was an extremely messy hairstyle, not even resembling what the matron of honour had asked for. The MOH – who has very curly hair – was then told her hair “would not hold curls” which is why the hairstylist couldn’t curl any pieces around her face. The hairstylist tried to “fix” the MOH’s hair after a few requests, but ultimately was not able to style it properly and I ended up stepping in myself to help fix her hair (reader - I am NOT a hairstylist but even I was able to get her hair to curl).
Then it was my turn and I asked for a simple low bun and requested a donut to help my hair look fuller. She hairstylist said she had one, then didn't even use it even though I asked twice. I was also told that my hair wouldn't hold curls, even though I've been styling my own hair for years and I know it curls no problem. The stylist wasn't even holding the curling iron the right way and again, I had to fix it myself in the bathroom afterwards where I was able to get it to curl no problem.
The third bridesmaid had similar issues. She asked for a high slicked-back pony with some braids - the hairstylist couldn't even get past the ponytail portion before she gave up!!
She also could not even do the bride's hair, completely ignoring the photo the bride showed her (low, slick and classic bun) and gave her some weird twisty bun that she insisted was the same - it absolutely was not.
Then the stylist started blaming us, saying we were all being way too difficult and she was doing exactly what we asked. This was not my first time being in a wedding and getting my hair professionally done, and this woman was neither a professional nor was she listening to the party's very simple requests. No one was asking for crazy hairstyles, but she couldn't do anything at all.
My poor SIL (the bride) had to phone a salon at the last minute, just a couple hours before the wedding, begging for an appointment to get her hair done. She was understandably stressed. The rest of the bridesmaids did their own hair, and we all helped each other out.
My SIL has tried to reach out to this company several times since that day to get a refund. She is being completely ignored, and is now out the money for a completely horrible service. All requests for response and refund have been ignored. I am so sad that my SIL had to go through this on her wedding day. Never have I seen such unprofessional "service", if you can even call it that. This company is horrible and obviously does not care about its clients. I urge you, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. -

I got married on September 7th, 2024, and hired KW Mobile Makeup and Hair for both Hair and Makeup services. I chose the company because they had great reviews on Wedding wire. From the beginning, communication has been incredibly poor with Roya. I went for a makeup trial on June 2, 2024, and was surprised to see that she was not the one doing the makeup, she only takes care of the communication and then hires what seem to be students to do the service. The makeup trial was the worst makeup I've ever worn and the "makeup artist" did not take direction at all. I went home and took off the makeup right away because I looked like a clown, and the makeup was nowhere near what I had asked for or what I was hoping to get for my wedding makeup. Right away, I cancelled the makeup service because it was obvious that the artists had no idea how to do makeup. Unfortunately, I paid for this trial despite the fact that the service and result were both terrible.
After several reassurances from Roya, I kept the hair service. Roya assured me that the hairstylist I would be getting on the day of my wedding was excellent, and that she would be able to execute the hairstyles me and my bridal party were looking for.
The morning of my wedding, the stylist was late, and arrived unprepared, asking for a mirror and extension cords. She started doing some of the hair for the bridesmaids first. The hairstylist tried to “fix” the MOH’s hair after a few requests, but ultimately was not able to style it properly and the rest of the bridal party ended up having to step in to pin things back so they didn’t look messy.
The second bridesmaid asked for a simple low bun. She asked if the hairstylist had a styling donut to help her hair look fully. The stylist said yes, but then did not use a donut even after being asked. She also told this bridesmaid that her hair wasn’t holding the side curls, when this bridesmaid has very easy hair to work with. The stylist was not even holding the curling iron properly, turning it in the wrong direction. At one point, the second bridesmaid asked to take the curling iron and was able to curl her own pieces.
The bridal party was trying to be very kind to her, asking for small touch ups, which were ignored.
The third bridesmaid asked for a slicked-back ponytail, with a couple of braids. Bafflingly, the hairstylist couldn’t even get past the ponytail part of the hairstyle and gave up. She then switched to doing my hair (bride). I asked for a similar low, slick bun, and showed a photo for reference. The hairstyle ignored the photo completely, giving me a twisted bun that did not at all resemble what I had asked for. When I pointed this out she said we were all being too difficult, that our hair was difficult, and that she was doing what we were asking (she wasn’t, and we have the side-by-side photos to prove it). The hairstylist accused us of being too picky and insisted she knew what she was doing when it was clear she did not. At this point, the MOH and first bridesmaid had already gone and fixed their own hair, and then the third and fourth bridesmaids didn’t even end up getting their hair done by this stylist.
I phoned Roya while this was happening, and the hairstylist was evidently told to leave the house. She left without finishing, and I was left scrambling having to try to phone a salon for a last-minute updo three hours before my wedding (which turned out great).
I have tried to reach out to Roya on September 7th by both text and through phone calls to request an email. No answer. I tried again on September 9th, 12th, and 18th, via email. No answer. I sent another text message on September 19th, no answer.
I am incredibly upset that this happened. The experience with this hairstylist nearly ruined my wedding day and I am out the deposit because I am getting no response back from Roya.
This company is a sham. They guarantee quality on their website, but not only do they NOT DELIVER, they are also horrible towards their customers.
BUYER BEWARE – Roya and her so-called stylist caused me an immense amount of stress on my wedding day. They are absolutely not professionals, and I caution everyone to not hire them. I hope this does not happen to any other brides. This entire experience has been very disappointing, stressful, and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! -

Beautiful Results
My bridesmaids and I throughly enjoyed having or hair and makeup done on the morning of the wedding.. They were able to do unique hairstyles based off pictures. The make up was customized and well done. The conversations were fun and relaxing. Their work took away a lot of stress on my wedding day. You will not be disappointed in their breath taking work. -

I hired KW Mobile Hair and Makeup to do the hair and makeup for myself, my mom and six bridesmaids. Everyone looked stunning and they listened to what styles we all wanted, let some of the girls do their own eyebrows/eyeliner to their liking, etc. There were four stylists who came in total to do the eight of us and they arrived on time and fully prepared! I would definitely recommend their services! (Just a note that they're not based in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, they're based out of the GTA.) -

Extremely disappointed in this company. I was a bridesmaid for a wedding on Sept 2 and the poor bride got an email at 12:15am (the morning of her wedding!!) saying that her two hair stylist who did her trial were not coming due to an emergency. They sent two other random girls who were late to start in the morning and seemed to have very little to no experience in doing updos or hair at all. The brides hair was done in less then an hour and it was not what her trial had been like. All 5 bridesmaids and the bride had their hair done within 3 hours and half of us had our curls fall out and bobby pins literally fall out within 5 minutes of having finished the updo.
I had requested to get an updo (something like a mohawk- see pictures) and I ended up with two balls on the back of my head. They did not tease or curl my hair before putting it all up just simply placed a few bobby pins and then way to much hair spray in hopes it would stay.. it did not.
I ended up having to call my mom to come over (who is a hairdresser) and she fixed half of the girls hair because they were a) either falling completely out or b) looked hideous.
The poor bride paid a lot of money upfront for these girls to come and she got nothing like she hoped. What company does that to a bride on her wedding day?!? After all that she has reached out to them multiple times and has not heard one thing back.
All in all: don't waste your time with KW Mobile Hair and Makeup! -
