  I love my hair and makeup done by Livia

  I have received numerous compliments on my hair and makeup done by Livia for weddings, bridal showers, parties etc. She is really talented and takes the time to listen. Excellent experience! Would recommend her without hesitation.

  Unprofessional and arbitrary travel fee

  Her portfolio and past reviews seemed promising but I was very disappointed by her slow responsiveness and misleading prices. Her price list stated a travel fee of $0.30/km from her base location but on the invoice she charged an arbitrary fee of $10 even though my location was about 5km away from her base location. When asked to clarify the fee and why it differed from the stated travel rate on her price list, she full on ghosted me even after I followed up and she’s been online since. It’s very unprofessional and overall poor customer service.

  I apologize the you felt mislead. However it was explained that I had to call another hairstylist to come and service you because I was unavailable that day. The minimum travel fee is $10. It not only includes the kilometers but also the time is takes to travel on the location and the hefty hairstyling kit that the hairstylist must bring along to complete the job and make our brides wedding day memorable.
  
  Wedding season gets quite hectic and as an independent hairstylist can be overwhelming managing the account alone.

  No regrets

  Our stylist was Dana. She was perfectly on time and did an AMAZING job on our hair. My MIH did and up-do and she was obsessed with the quality and how well done it was. Said it was better than her hair on her own wedding day. 12/10 recommend.
  Prices are fair - $180 for me and 130 for the others.

  Remarkly Talented

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Livia for a hair transformation, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. She demonstrated an incredible understanding of my hair texture ( my hair is usually unruly) allowing me to feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. She was incredibly flexible, accommodating my preferences every step of the way. The hair products used were exceptional, leaving my hair feeling healthy and vibrant. Livia is undeniably talented, and she has a gift for making clients feel beautiful inside and out. I can't wait to book with her again for my next event - she's truly going to be my go-to hairstylist!

  Always amazing

  Livia did my and my husband’s hair for our wedding day, and did my makeup as well! She is on time, extremely prompt with responses, and has a friendly, positive attitude. She did my hair half up half down with a beautiful braid, and really exceeded my expectations!!! I wanted a natural/simple look and she did exactly that!! She does such a great job & ensures that you’re happy with the final product! I seriously don’t trust anyone else with my hair (she is my hairdresser always & forever)

  Looking all around for a reliable and good hair and makeup stylist and I came across Livia. I must say she is creative, talented ,outstanding and such a great soul. Very pleasant personality, most importantly she listens and also open to new ideas. She does my hair and makeup for any event I’m going for. I’m a model and therefore I go for perfection. She styled me for my modelling contest and I won😊. I would recommend her any time and any day.

  Livia did an amazing job for my event, i never felt more beautiful. She was thorough and asked all the right questions to give me the hair and makeup I envisioned for myself. I cant wait to book Livia again for my future events!
