20 Thoughts Every Bride Has the Morning of Her Wedding Day
There are a few things that are bound to cross your mind while you get primped and prepped for your trip down the aisle. And, no, not all of them are logical.
Today is the day! After planning for months and months your wedding has finally arrived. The sun probably isn’t even out yet, but you, the bride, are raring to go. As you primp and prep for your moment in the spotlight, a few things are bound to cross your mind. No, not all of them make sense - of course you remembered to order a car - but, hey, you’re bound to be a little frazzled on your big day.
Here are a few thoughts that every bride has the morning of her wedding day.
- “I can’t believe my wedding day is finally here!”
- “This seriously cannot be real.”
- “ I should text [insert fiancé(e)’s name here]. He/she always sleeps in, and this is not the morning to hit the snooze button.”
- “Is 5 a.m. too early to call everyone in my bridal party? They’re probably already awake, right?”
- “I hope my makeup artist is good at concealing under eye issues. I was so excited I got, like, zero sleep.”
- “Maybe sleeping with my hair in a messy bun wasn’t such a good idea...thank god for straighteners.”
- “Are my glam squad magicians? I look so good!”
- “There must be something I’m forgetting.”
- “I hope I didn’t eat too much at the rehearsal dinner, my gown needs to fit!”
- “Phew! Still fits like a glove. Crisis averted.”
- “Wow, why don’t I wear a wedding dress everyday?”
- “Anyone who steps on my train is cruisin’ for a bruisin’”
- “Aw, my bridesmaids look so pretty.”
- “How many selfies is too many selfies?”
- “Where is the champagne! I could use a little liquid courage.”
- “Ok, not too much. I need to remember my vows.”
- “Speaking of vows. Where did I put that sheet of paper? I should probably practice one more time.”
- “When is the car arriving? Did we forget to order it?!”
- “Oh it’s only a minute late. I almost had a heart attack.”
- “It’s showtime!”
