Toronto-based Rita Vinieris is one of North America’s most accomplished bridal designers and the creator of two popular bridal lines: Rivini (her couture collection) and Alyne (her more modestly priced line), both of which were featured in her Fall 2017 New York Bridal Fashion Week show. From stunning lace creations to edgy cutout gowns, Vinieris has perfectly paired classic silhouettes and current trends, making for one of the most stunning shows of the event.

Vinieris normally gears her gowns toward the modern, urban bride and her fall collection is no exception. Filled with frocks much edgier than your average ballgown, the show boasted looks with plunging necklines, 3D floral details, intricate beading, pops of colour and a healthy dose of lace. If you’re in the market for something with a little something extra for your big day, her designs are definitely worth checking out.
