I first heard of Ivy Stripe when I met them at one of the bridal shows in Ottawa. Liz was extremely friendly and helpful, and I really liked how it was a smaller invitation company that she had started on her own. They had many invitation designs available but I chose to work with Liz to create a custom invitation design. I showed her some examples of invitation styles I liked and in a short period of time, she had designed the perfect invitation for our wedding. She sent me drafts along the way to see what I thought and she never hesitated to make as many modifications as I requested (I am very picky!). I received so many compliments on our invitations and I recommend her to everyone I know who is getting married.

She also designed our table numbers, menus and seating chart, using the same style as the invitations so that everything matched nicely with our theme. Her pricing was also very reasonable when comparing with other vendors. She replied to all my emails quickly and seemed to genuinely care about our wedding and creating the perfect stationary for us.

Liz was absolutely amazing to work with. She was very professional, organized and efficient. She had a variety of options and was able to come up with numerous designs, colours etc. She understood what I was looking for right away and in no time had sent over samples.
LIz was a pleasure to work with and I would most definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get invitations and thank you cards made. Her prices are very, very reasonable as well. The final product was perfect and I couldn't believe how cheap it was!

We had the BEST experience with Ivy Stripe in ordering our invitations. What could easily have been the most stressful process of wedding planning was easy, quick and less expensive than we had anticipated. I met with Liz a day or two after I first contacted her and together we came up with some ideas for our completely custom invitations. She was SO patient with my busy schedule and changing mind, and we ended up with exactly what we'd had in mind, from the colours, design, language and envelope. There's also a great selection of beautiful invitation suites that are already designed, with customizable fonts, colours, etc. Thanks again, Ivy Stripe, for a painless process!

I am so impressed with Ivy Stripe. Instead of having to dredge through pages and pages of not-quite-right invitation designs and struggling to personalize them to our taste, Liz created ones that were perfect for us from scratch. Over coffee, the three of us we were able to shoot ideas back and forth until we had brainstormed something that was the perfect balance of creative, laid-back and sentimental. She hand painted the watercolour image for the front and even suggested the inclusion of my mother’s own artwork of our ceremony site for the back. Every idea we could dream up she was able to execute in a cohesive, beautiful way (and even printed guest’s addresses on the envelopes which I was very excited to not have to do). Ivy Stripe will be a star in Ottawa once word gets out and we’re very happy to support a local, small business. One of the best decisions we’ve made so far in the wedding planning process.

I used Ivy Stripe first for invitations. When I contacted Liz, she suggested we meet to discuss style and needs. Liz asked questions that I wouldnt have even considered thinking about when choosing invitations and expecially the wording! I'm so glad she did!

My best friend actually ordered matching bridal shower invitations and thank you cards!!

While ordering my invitations I thought of other items I would like to include in my special day. I provided Liz a picture from the internet of a door hanger (like the ones used in hotels) and she personalized one for me that I was able to put on all our guests rooms at the venue. My guests loved them, they felt very special! Liz also printed my tags for my party favors.

Everything was so elegant and matched perfectly!

I highly recommend Ivy Stripe. Liz was professional, quick to respond, flexable with needs, provides great advice and the quality of her work is fantastic!
