He worked with Larissa who he described as attentive, knowledgeable, and professional as well as someone who was genuinely excited to help bring his vision to life. [My engagement ring was due to be completed right when the pandemic hit at the beginning of 2020 and he didn't receive it in time to propose as he originally planned] When it came time to get our wedding bands, it was the obvious choice to go back to Kimberfire and despite being in a pandemic, Larissa provided the same experience to both of us as we all navigated the process during pandemic and she was upfront and responsive throughout. It was fun creating pieces that are unique to us and beautiful. The experience we had with Kimberfire and Larissa makes me excited to get the chance to create more pieces to cherish.

My husband worked with Kimberfire to design a custom ring with my preferred cut and it turned out spectacularly. Honestly, it's stunning. I would have married him either way, but I'm absolutely thrilled with it. And I'm happy because I know they worked within his budget. A custom ring was important to both of us as we both believe the ring should be as unique as our relationship - one of a kind. When we ordered my wedding band, we went through the design process together and they nailed it again! My wedding band fits perfectly underneath my diamond. I'm so impressed with the craftsmanship. Kimberfire offers complete customization and quality. The finished products are exceptionally beautiful, and there really is no comparison with big box stores.

Kimberfire's prices rival online vendors, but there is tremendous value in having a physical location - for meetings, future cleanings, and establishing a trust factor. This is, after all, an important purchase.

I did all my research, and was a careful shopper, and Jonathan exceeded all my expectations. One suggestion: book early because more people are finding out about Kimberfire, and an appointment was harder to book our second time around (for the wedding rings). Even then, Jonathan accommodated us with a later appointment.

In my opinion, Kimberfire should be your first (and likely last) stop for rings in the GTA.

Jonathon did the engagement ring and we'll be going back to get the bands. His work was exceptional, but the service was even better. He took the time to make sure I really understood what I was purchasing, helped me find a diamond that I was satisfied with and felt was a good value...and then when I changed my mind he patiently walked me through it all again! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
