I can't say enough good things about this place! Right from the beginning Jim and his son were attentive, friendly, and so knowledgeable. We had so many questions and they answered all of them!! The first day I contacted Jim he asked me to send him pictures via email of things we like and when we arrived he had examples of rings they had made that fit the styles we were looking for!! They always made us feel like we were a part of the process from the first day meeting, to sending us CAD images of the design we chose, to the wax carving and finally to picking it up. We would never consider going elsewhere for any of our jeweller needs!! Hire them! I promise you won't regret it!!!

Words cannot describe how great my experience at Omori was. After visiting several custom jewellers in the city, I decided to work with Chris and Jim as I thought they would help my vision of a perfect engagement ring come to fruition… and I was right. They spent an incredible amount of time finding me the PERFECT diamond within my price range. After going above and beyond to get the perfect diamond, they exceeded expectations while going through the computer design process. They were receptive to my comments on even the smallest details. I’m certain I was a very demanding client (of course due to the engagement ring being an important and expensive purchase), and they were patient and more than accommodating. I had a very specific design in mind, and they captured it perfectly through the computer design process after several revisions. In addition, they were quick to respond to emails and text messages and were flexible to scheduling. Covid presented additional time constraints and supply chain challenges, and there was a risk that the ring would not be ready in time for my planned proposal. Chris and Jim did more than I could’ve expected of them to ensure the ring was ready in time, which it was thanks to them.

Overall, their service and the final ring that was produced could not have been any better. From the diamond selection process, computer design sketches, communication, and final product, working with Chris and Jim was beyond an absolute pleasure. My fiancé and I will be getting the wedding bands made by Omori and will be recommending them to everyone we know.
