  I ordered a custom ring from Pristine Gemstone Jewelry and was not disappointed. I was having trouble deciding between two stones, and without my asking, Rogerio made a video of each stone to show the colour and sparkle that the stones had better than a photo ever could. After I chose a stone and put down a deposit, it was only five weeks before I had my beautiful new ring in my hand, which included the time taken for an independent appraisal. The cut of the stone and the craftsmanship of the ring are both excellent.

  My fiance (now husband) and I are absolutely thrilled with my engagement ring. It arrived on the morning of our wedding -- just in the nick of time! That was no fault of the jeweler, of course.
