Alicia was the makeup artist for my wedding! We first did a trial, and Alicia quickly learned what works well for my skin. I was extremely worried about the makeup since I broke out in Cystic ance 5 months before my wedding and had to start Acne medication which dried my skin out a lot. Not only did my makeup last my entire wedding, but I was truly shocked at how amazing my acne was covered, and how beautiful I felt. All 12 of the other girls who got their makeup done by Alicia were SO impressed!!! Would highly highly recommend!

Looking for a professional, experienced makeup artist in the GTA was a very long and disappointing process for me which typically ended in unreasonable quotes and disappointing results. Luckily, one of my good friends recommended Alicia Nikole - this changed my entire attitude towards my wedding makeup, from stressful to confident! I would argue that Alicia is the most down to earth, personable, and experienced MUA in the GTA. From our first trial, I knew I made the right choice to trust Alicia on my wedding day. Not only did she do a fantastic job on my trial, she then recreated my dream look on my wedding day, but she also made each one of my 5 bridesmaids feel beautiful as well (not pictured for their privacy). What is even more impressive is that she was able to work on all 6 of our looks in UNDER 5 hours!

The most important part for me when finding a makeup artist was to avoid the overly "cakey" look. I personally prefer a minimalist/natural look, and this is exactly what I received when working with Alicia. Alicia is very skilled in creating the exact look you are going for while also complimenting your pigmentation and face structure. Just from watching her work with all of my unique bridesmaids, I can argue that she has such a diverse skill palette, that she truly has the experience to work on anybody. I could not recommend her enough for any, and all, events.

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Alicia. I should start by saying she is incredibly professional, kind and passionate about what she does. I was a bride that was not accustomed to being very glam and I had also been through 2 absolutely horrendous trials that left me in tears. She was so patient with me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I felt amazing on the wedding day and my makeup DID NOT BUDGE despite all of the dancing and greeting guests all night. Alicia did makeup services for myself, my mom, and four bridesmaids. Everything was flawless, and lasted all night. We all received tons of compliments.
