Amazing Experience!
Such a great experience working with this amazing team! They showed up and had such a fun vibe. Everyone looked beyond beautiful and if there was anything myself or my bridesmaids wanted changed, the team did with no questions asked and with a great attitude. These women are so great and talented at what they do! I could not recommend working with them more. So grateful that we found such an amazing all around talented team for our big day! -

Be Flawless did an amazing job with hair and make up for my daughters wedding. The bride looked perfect, and all the bridesmaids were just beautiful. The bridal stylist, Jenna, did a wonderful job and she was such a sweet girl. No hesitation in recommending. -

Extremely impressed with the service of Ashley and her team. They were not only reliable and punctual but well organized and extremely talented. I am SO happy with how I looked on my big day, I have truly never felt more beautiful. Makeup lasted hours and they included a fully packed touch-up kit. My bridesmaids were all stunning and extremely happy with their looks, too! -

I chose beflawlessbeautybar for my wedding
I was able to have two different trials (curly hair is hard to style for bridal looks) I tried a full glam and realized it wasn’t for me. I had a second trial and went more natural- they absolutely nailed it.
I don’t usually wear makeup so they made me beautiful by highlighting my natural features.
My daughters and sister were so beautiful and felt like princesses for the day.
Ashley is super attentive and responds immediately
The price is good (compared to other agencies, all very similar)
The ladies were amazing with my bridal party

Ceremony - unfortunately we had a really tough time with Minnie she didn't listen to anything I asked for or wanted. Every time I asked for soft hair with movement and not super teased (as my hair turned into a birds nest with the wind outside during my engagement shoot) she disregarded me and kept doing what she wanted. When she was doing my make up for my eye shadow I asked for warm brown and rose gold but she kept putting cold grey tones on my eyelids. She would look at me and tell me "oh no this is a warm brown when clearly it was a very cold greyish brown she was using, my bridesmaids even had to jump in and advise that the color she was using was not warm in tone and was not the look I asked for. When we got to the blush all she had was bright pink colors and when I asked for a peachy orange blush she pulls out a hot pink and tries to tell me its orange... I know my skin tone and pink does not look good on my skin. Thank god I brought my own make up so I could use my own blush in place of what she had. Our scheduled time was from 7am-10am 2 hours for my hair and make up and 1 hour for my bridesmaids make up. Minnie was not good at time management at all as she wasn't able to finish me in time that I asked her to start on my bridesmaid at 10:40 and I would try to finish my own hair in the bathroom. The 1 thing I asked for in my trial was that my make up was transfer proof and sweat proof. I was assured that Minnie would purchase the correct product to ensure my make up lasted but she told me she didn't have a chance to get it. She said "I have something else in a different brand that'll work" so I took her word for it. When I was at the ceremony I realized my make up was not transfer proof as it my nose make up kept rubbing off on my Husbands nose when we were taking pictures. By the end of the ceremony pictures my hair was an absolute mess again and it was a huge knot and I struggled to take out my extensions because of this.
Reception - my friend called Ashley on my behalf to have other artists come out and do my reception look as Minnie was not working out for us. Thank god for Connie and Shannon! They were amazing! I wish I had them for my ceremony hair and make up because at the end of it I felt so beautiful. I felt like I had professionals doing my hair and make up as they asked me what I wanted and took any feedback I had and made the adjustments. We had no power at the venue (powerline went out) and they still managed to do such an incredible job! I am so thankful for them both as they executed my vision perfectly! Unfortunately the power never turned back on and we had to cancel our reception :( I was sobbing because I was so upset and WHATEVER CONNIE SET MY FACE WITH WAS AMAZING! The makeup DID NOT BUDGE! I even blotted my eyes and cheeks over and over crying through tissues and my make up was still flawless. I cried into my husbands shoulder and kissed his face and nothing transferred! This is what I wish I had for my ceremony make up. Shannon was also amazing because we used an extension cord through some ones truck to power the curling iron to complete my hair! she did all of the combing and clipping and we prayed for power to come back, when it didn't we were able to improvise and she curled my hair outside on the curb! These 2 were complete all stars! I would 1000% recommend them to anyone who was looking to get their hair and make up done.Be Flawless Beauty Bar's reply:

Ashley and her team at Be Flawless Beauty Bar were an absolute pleasure to work with! We hired them for my wedding day on August 15, 2024 and they were the kindest people to work with. We had Shannon for hair and Elena for make up, both ladies were spectacular and I have nothing but great things to say about them both! From my trial day to the wedding day, Shannon and Elena were so much fun, my bridal party kept talking about how wonderful both ladies were and how beautiful they made us look on the big day!
