Avoid this vendor
Booked this vendor and had to reschedule my wedding due to covid. She said it wouldn’t be a problem and that she’ll update everything.
She ignored my email questions for over 2 months then finally one month before my wedding she said she couldn’t schedule the new date. I asked for my deposit back and she said she’ll see what she can do. That was months ago, so I don’t have faith I’ll hear from her again.

Avoid this vendor
I booked with Jenny for her to personally do my wedding makeup. I paid my deposit right away.
She pulled out about 6 weeks before the wedding (no explanation) and offered to set me up with only one other makeup artist who ended up being unable to accommodate me for as I live outside Toronto. She did not offer any alternatives.
She said she would refund my deposit by the end of August 2021. It’s October and she has completely stopped responding. Never got a refund on deposit.
She pulled out about 6 weeks before the wedding (no explanation) and offered to set me up with only one other makeup artist who ended up being unable to accommodate me for as I live outside Toronto. She did not offer any alternatives.

Fantastic job!
Jenny was absolutely amazing! She was professional and friendly. She was prepared and on time, and did an outstanding job for myself and my wedding party. I was very impressed with both my hair and makeup! Thank you so much Jenny!

Great experience!
I reached out to Jenny fairly last minute as we were approaching our covid wedding date. Although she wasn’t able to be my makeup artist, she was able to find someone in a very short amount of time. Great all around, would recommend and everyone loved the makeup and hair :)

Beautiful work!
Jenny did an incredible job on my Maid of Honor, Bridesmaid and Mom. They looked beautiful the entire day! Her professionalism and flexibility during all my covid wedding planning blew me away! She was so understanding of all the last minute changes and I can't thank her enough for allowing me to make changes to my contract. 5 out of 5 would recommend her!

Best makeup artist ever!
Jenny is the best! I couldn’t be happier about how my make up look on the most especial day of my life. She also did my mom’s and bridesmaids, definitely my one and only make up artist now on!

Finally felt comfortable in my skin
I have skin issues: the skin under my eyes gets progressively dryer throughout the day while the rest of my face gets slicker by the minute from excessive oil production. I've wiped off the work of other MUAs many times because it looked disgusting the moment I got home: cracked/cakey and feeling dry. Jenny was attentive and understanding to my needs and replied with thoughtful and caring responses. Because of her passion and expertise, my makeup for the wedding was beautiful and exactly what I wanted, not to mention needed. The products felt good on my face and she even gave me a bit of makeup to take with me which I only used once to touch up ever so lightly during the entire wedding and reception! I would recommend Jenny a million times over.
