  Felt so beautiful

  I can’t say enough about this woman and her assistant . Carla and Ruby are amazing and we all looked amazing . Just wow my mom was stunning !!!
  Carla did my hair and I’m a hairstylist. She knocked it out of the park. She’s amazing.
  My makeup was so beautiful I didn’t want to wash my face . I felt so glamorous and pretty.

  Carla & her team did an amazing job for not only my hair and make up, but also for my bridesmaids, mom, aunt & mother in law. It was such a pleasure to have her as a part of my wedding and for making me feel like a total babe on such an important day!

  Carla was a fantastic vendor at my June wedding. She was so flexible and accommodating and listened to exactly what I wanted. She made me and my girls look stunning if I do say so myself and she was so much fun to be around! If you're looking for a friendly, fun and amazing makeup and hair services on your wedding day I definitely recommend Carla!

She listened to what I was looking for and I was really satisfied with the trial run - she replicated the trial on the day of and was absolutely happy with the result! She enlisted a great team to help me, my bridal party of 4 and my mother's makeup - we were all happy and make up and hair lasted all day! She is responsive and talented and I would recommend her to anyone who asked me!

  I fell in love with Carla's work while searching for a make-up artist who would accentuate natural beauty and a hair stylist who could bring volume to extremely fine hair. As I was arranging the wedding remotely, Carla was very flexible with our time schedule and brought a top notch game! The hair and makeup lasted the whole evening and never needed a touch up!
  I couldn't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a natural yet elegant look. Her website captures her artwork perfectly.

  I fell in love with Carla's work while searching for a make-up artist who would accentuate natural beauty and a hair stylist who could bring volume to extremely fine hair. As I was arranging the wedding remotely, Carla was very flexible with our time schedule and brought a top notch game! The hair and makeup lasted the whole evening and never needed a touch up!

  Carla is a great stylist and ever the professional. I planned my Vancouver wedding from LA - I really appreciated that Carla was readily available over the phone and through email. For my hair and makeup trial, Carla went through the whole process and let me take pictures to review. After looking at the photos of the hair and makeup, I wasn't entirely happy with the look. I was worried about offending Carla and her work but when I finally worked up the courage to talk to Carla, I felt so silly for being so anxious. Carla was so very understanding and kind, we were able to talk about what I didn't like and what we could change on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she had an assistant who was just as nice as she is and they arrived early too. They set up very quickly and started beautifying us right away. Carla did an amazing job on my hair and makeup on my wedding day. It was exactly what I wanted and I couldn't have felt more beautiful. I received so many compliments about my hair and makeup! They did a GREAT job on my bridesmaids, my sisters, my mom and my mother in law. I would highly recommend Carla!

  I had the unfortunate experience of having the person who I had booked for my wedding day hair and make up cancel on me a few weeks before the wedding. Not only was Carla able to accommodate my wedding in Whistler, but was able to make the journey to make it all happen. I loved how everything turned out and couldn't recommend her highly enough.

  From start to finish having Carla Hawksworth as my beauty consultant for the day of my wedding was amazing. I wanted to do a trial run through of my hair and make up and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She gave me the confidence to try something new with make up since I don't wear any or even know how to put any on. After the trial run i was excited for the day to happen. When it finally happened Carla came to the location of the bridal party getting ready and she got right down to it even though we had a small space she worked around it and made the space work. I was feeling anxious but once she showed up and started working on my hair she calmed me down and I began to feel the confidence that she helped me gain on the day of the trial. I was so happy with how the hair and make up turned out that I would recommend Carla to every person who is getting married. She is professional and fun, the make up and my hair style was exactly what I wanted and had hoped for. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
