She balances her time very well, is flexible and accomodating on scheduling and takes the time to consider individual skin and makeup requirements for every application. Chloe ensures you are satisfied with your look and handles larger parties in a timely manner. She traveled to our wedding venue and was on time in the early morning hours.
Her makeup applications are fairly priced and so gorgeous!
