Great experience!

I recently booked through the Faye Smith Agency for my bridal hair and makeup as well as hair and make up for 4 others. The booking process was easy and quick; they were very responsive. They arrived on-time, were very professional, and remained on schedule.

Bandana (hair and makeup) did a fabulous job getting my hair just how I liked it and my make up to really highlight my features while still keeping me looking as me under the makeup. The trial hair was very helpful and she still incorporated a few more requests on the final day that turned out perfectly. I recently booked through the Faye Smith Agency for my bridal hair and makeup as well as hair and make up for 4 others. The booking process was easy and quick; they were very responsive. They arrived on-time, were very professional, and remained on schedule.

Bandana (hair and makeup) did a fabulous job getting my hair just how I liked it and my make up to really highlight my features while still keeping me looking as me under the makeup. The trial hair was very helpful and she still incorporated a few more requests on the final day that turned out perfectly. She was kind, encouraging, and very open to any feedback (not that there was much, other than positive). My mother also looked beautiful and was so happy with her work.

Sarah (hair) and Lily (makeup) were also fantastic; all of my bridesmaids were very happy with their looks.

I would definitely recommend connecting with Faye Smith Agency, and Bandana especially!

Everything was great I appreciated the service, it was a very overwhelming day, the MUA was supposed to arrive at 1 PM, she texted that the agency changed her time to 2 PM, the makeup artist arrived at 3:10, I arrived to the venue at 8PM and my event started at 5 for guests to arrive I was supposed to be at venue at 6 or 7 PM. Very overwhelming and stressful the trial took 4 hours so I knew the day would also take a while as well. Overall it was good I appreciated that they had trial, I had 6 other guests as well and had 3 make up artists. The makeup artist that was supposed to do my makeup was also assigned to one of the guests if I finished at 7:30 and had to drive to the venue what about my other guest, I’m not even ready and my guest was my best friend she missed my entrance. It was overall a bit upsetting, but i did like the service and they were a bit accommodating which i appreciated. But I rlly recommend looking for a makeup artist you like or if your good at makeup your self so it doesn’t get complicated since not everyone can understand the way you want your makeup done, I would do it yourself or have someone as backup or search for someone so it gives you time and you don’t have to stress yourself.

Wedding Hair and Makeup

After winning a wedding hair and makeup trial, I hired Faye and her team to do the hair and makeup for myself, my mother, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids for my wedding this past January. My wedding was in Whistler, which meant that I did pay the travel fee for Faye and her team to come up to Whistler, but it was well worth it and honestly not too different in prince from the local hair and makeup options. Faye and her team are an absolute delight and so professional. They ensured that each woman looked amazing and tailored the hair and makeup to what would suit everyone best and still keep a thread of similarity. The hairstyles lasted all night...

The hairstyles lasted all night (even my curls) and my sparkly makeup look did not budge. Faye also went above and beyond in the care that she took with my mother’s makeup, specifically. My mother has sensitive skin and was nervous about having her makeup done because she so often reacts to makeup products. She also had a bruise on her eye from a facial that she has reacted to, which she was worried about. Faye took incredible care of her. She felt amazing from start to finish, did not react to any product, and the bruise was not noticeable by the end. I’ll definitely be returning to Faye anytime I need to look extra nice for an event, and highly recommend her and her team to all brides getting married in and around Vancouver.

Amazing experience!

Caitlin did my bridal hair and makeup and I could not be happier with the result! She understood exactly what I wanted and gave great suggestions. The final look was absolutely gorgeous. Caitlin was also very pleasant to talk to and went extra mile to accommodate my schedule. Faye agency was very easy and pleasant to communicate with. I would highly recommend Faye and in particular Caitlin for bridal hair and makeup.

Perfect Glam look for Fall Wedding

Working with Faye Smith Agency was lovely.
They're extremely professional and responsive and offer many different artists to choose from. You're able to see profiles to help find the stylist best suited to you. I was extremely lucky to be able to work with Faye herself for my wedding.
I had originally chosen another artist and I panicked a bit when I found out she wouldn't be available for my wedding date after all, but the agency contacted me right away with options, and Faye herself offered her time and services. Closer to the wedding date, I wanted to add services for my mom and Faye Smith agency easily accommodated by providing a second artist (and again...

Working with Faye Smith Agency was lovely.
They're extremely professional and responsive and offer many different artists to choose from. You're able to see profiles to help find the stylist best suited to you. I was extremely lucky to be able to work with Faye herself for my wedding.

The trial was easy and flexible, I showed up with some inspiration pics and Faye was wonderful about running with things when I couldn't really decide, or adjusting and tweaking until we got the perfect look. On the day of Faye and our second artist arrived at our getting ready location on time and ready to go. They were efficient and friendly and fun to work with. I was especially happy with the glam look they gave my mom, she was so surprised and so happy when she saw the completed look!

Super Professional and Helpful

I recently used Faye Smith Agency for my wedding. I had a bridal make-up package, which included a trial and a touch-up kit, and had hair and make-up booked for my bridesmaids as well. The coordinators were super helpful and responsive, and all of the artists were professional and did a great job. We all loved our final looks. Thank you!

Bridal Hair and Makeup

Faye Smith Agency was wonderful. I booked two junior artists since I was dping a simple look and they fit better into my budget. Hanna did an amazing job at making me look my best and helping adjust my look until it was perfect. Super responsive over email, would recommend.
