Great experience!

I recently booked through the Faye Smith Agency for my bridal hair and makeup as well as hair and make up for 4 others. The booking process was easy and quick; they were very responsive. They arrived on-time, were very professional, and remained on schedule.

Bandana (hair and makeup) did a fabulous job getting my hair just how I liked it and my make up to really highlight my features while still keeping me looking as me under the makeup. The trial hair was very helpful and she still incorporated a few more requests on the final day that turned out perfectly. She was kind, encouraging, and very open to any feedback (not that there was much, other than positive). My mother also looked beautiful and was so happy with her work.

Sarah (hair) and Lily (makeup) were also fantastic; all of my bridesmaids were very happy with their looks.

I would definitely recommend connecting with Faye Smith Agency, and Bandana especially!

I highly recommend Faye Smith Agency (Sarwat, Juliana, Jane) for all your hair & makeup needs!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Faye Smith Agency for my bridal hair & makeup as well as hair & makeup for 5 others.

I came across Faye Smith at a Newlands ClubWed showcase and booked them right away. The booking process is very easy, and simple. And Faye Smith is very fast and responsive with any questions or any issues that may arise.

Sarwat did an incredible job on myself (bride) as well as my mom. Making us feel beautiful but still ourselves. She is open to feedback, and is very kind and easy to talk to.

I am very thankful for the trial as it allows you to meet the stylist and helps you work through all the kinks and refine everything before the big day.

Super Professional and Helpful

I recently used Faye Smith Agency for my wedding. I had a bridal make-up package, which included a trial and a touch-up kit, and had hair and make-up booked for my bridesmaids as well. The coordinators were super helpful and responsive, and all of the artists were professional and did a great job. We all loved our final looks. Thank you!

Bridal Hair and Makeup

Faye Smith Agency was wonderful. I booked two junior artists since I was dping a simple look and they fit better into my budget. Hanna did an amazing job at making me look my best and helping adjust my look until it was perfect. Super responsive over email, would recommend.

So responsive, great with feedback

The Faye Smith team was great. They really have their email management system down - responses were fast and they smoothly transitioned between the different people supporting me. My HMUA was Jess and I adored her. We did my trial on the day of my engagement pictures, and she was able to look at our photographers editing style and make some tweaks for the wedding day. She had such a wonderful calming presence on the wedding morning. I would highly recommend working with Jess to anyone who wants to feel confident and look like an elevated version of themselves on their wedding day!

Beautiful Wedding Makeup

Alice was my artist on my wedding day, and she did such a beautiful job. After my trial, she made all of the small adjustments I asked for and was able to work seamlessly in tandem with my hairstylist. She also did my mom's and sister's makeup, and they were so impressed by the results. Leading up to the day, the agency was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend hiring Faye Smith Agency for your wedding.

One thing i wish we could of had was a direct phone number or email to ask simple questions a few days before the wedding, but the company did amazing by working with me on times and my timelines. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I loved working with both Nina and Saniha on the day of my wedding, and my girls loved working with them as well!

Great wedding makeup/hair service!

Hi used Faye Smith for my wedding hair and makeup and it was great! I got Zoey because I wanted one person doing both and I really liked her portfolio. They were very responsive and patient with me. Zoey was great as well! She took feedback of my changes and together we came up with the perfect look!
