  Great Experience

  I had a great experience using Klava Z Beauty for my wedding day. They were very quick to respond to emails, which made the booking process easy. We had Marta for hair styling and Yulia for makeup on the big day - they were so kind and listened to our hopes/aspirations for our wedding day looks. My biggest fear was that my hair/makeup wouldn't last the full day but they took extra care to ensure it did. I truly felt gorgeous! I would definitely recommend Klava Z Beauty to anyone getting married or having a special event in the Ottawa area!

  Highly recommend!!

  I had a great experience with Klava for my wedding day makeup! She is super knowledgeable and asks so many questions about what you're looking for and the vibe of the wedding. She also addresses any and all concerns and makes sure you're happy with how everything turns out - including being open to feedback after the trial! She sends so much information beforehand on how to get your skin looking its best for the wedding.
  The best piece of advice I can give to future brides booking with Klava is do your research and have your vision ready! She will make the effort to give advice based on many aspects of the wedding (venue, your dress & hair, florals, colours), but you need to put that effort in too - it will make the process of filling out her questionnaires much quicker instead of scrambling at the last minute :)
  I highly recommend Klava to any future brides!!

  I couldn't recommend Klava beauty enough!

  I could not have been happier with my experience with Klava Z beauty! I was intentionally looking for a travel makeup artist that specialized in clean make-up and had a natural style. Klava and her team were exactly what I was looking for!
  
  Not only do you get an amazing result, but every step of the way you're communicated to openly and clearly. Klava even takes the time to share skincare guides with you leading up to the big day! I could not recommend Klava enough for your wedding or any large event in your life!

  Cannot Recommend Klava Z Enough!

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Klava for my wedding and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the moment I contacted Klava, I knew I was in good hands.
  My experience with Klava goes well beyond just my wedding day. Throughout our engagement, Klava sent very helpful pre-wedding beauty guides that helped me prepare my skin for the big day. These guides were full of such great information, and they helped me develop an effective skin care routine that I still use post-wedding and my skin has never been better! Klava's focus on health is much appreciated.
  On the day of my trial, Klava provided me with two different looks so we could decide which I liked better. She was open to hearing my feedback and worked according to the vision I had. At the end of the trial she helped me pick some beauty products to buy that would help my skin be in the best shape it could be for our wedding day.
  The day of our wedding, Klava & Maria came and did our makeup. The results for both me and all of my bridesmaids, and mother of the bride & mother of the groom were flawless. The makeup lasted all day and looked incredible. Klava's knowledge of makeup and skin was so evident in the level of glamour she achieved with my makeup, without it looking 'cakey,' which was my ultimate desire. I am so thankful I got to work with Klava and seriously could not recommend her enough.

  I can't thank Klava enough for the beautiful makeup for my Sep 4th wedding . Yulia, one of artists on Klava's team was super sweet and she really listened to me to make sure my makeup looked exactly the way I wanted. I got many compliments about how flawless it looked all day and it looked exactly the same by the end of the evening. Would absolutely recommend Klava and her team to everyone, great service!

  Beautiful wedding makeup for entire bridal party

  Klava is an amazing make-up artist. She and her team did the make-up for my entire bridal party (6 people). Everyone got an individualized look and was so happy with how it turned out. On top of that, Klava was such a calming presence on my wedding day - helping guide me through breath work and aromatherapy to settle my nerves first thing in the morning on my wedding day. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding.

  Klava is an amazing make-up artist. She and her team did the make-up for my entire bridal party (6 people). Everyone got an individualized look and was so happy with how it turned out. On top of that, Klava was such a calming presence on my wedding day - helping guide me through breath work and aromatherapy to settle my nerves first thing in the morning on my wedding day.   Stunning Work!!

  As someone who barely wears any makeup on a day to day basis, my wedding makeup was something I was most nervous for. My past experiences with makeup for wedding related events have been cakey and heavy, and not looking anything like myself. The moment I met Klava for my bridal trial at her studio, I immediately felt at ease. Klava’s personality and positivity radiates off of her and it makes you feel safe and confident, even before she starts her work!
  
  On the day of my wedding, as Klava and her coworker took on each member of my bridal party, the level of confidence in the room grew. As they completed their makeup, Klava would be telling each person on how their specific attributes complimented them and how beautiful they were. She created looks on my bridal party, Mom, mother in law and my Nana that made their inner and outer beauty shine. This included myself! They enhanced everyone’s features, instead of hiding them. They took everyone’s makeup comfort levels into consideration and created the most amazing looks for each individual. Especially for my mother in law who was skeptical of the makeup experience at first, but after the dedication and time spent with her, she was radiating in and out!
  
  For my makeup, I was so impressed at how Klava would custom make a colour that suited my skin tone, matched my natural tones and colours and made it feel light and airy. I had never worn makeup before and not felt cakey. My blue eyes were popping, my freckles still showing and I felt like I was glowing. The confidence that she gave me on my wedding day was unbelievable. I have never felt as happy in makeup as I did on my wedding day. Oh, and Josh loved the look too! He said it made me shine, and looked subtle and beautiful! Once I have our pictures from our photographer, I will share more with you!

  The absolute BEST!

  Klava was a pleasure to work with. Having her do my makeup for the wedding was one of the first (and best) decisions I made while wedding planning.
  
  Klava did my bridesmaids and mothers makeup and did such a great job of tailoring the look to each of their personal styles and coloring. Everyone looked beautiful, natural and the makeup lasted all day/night.
  
  Not only did she respond very quickly and professionally, her emails/Instagram lives were extremely helpful for beauty prep and beauty timelines.

  The most wonderful artist!

  We all loved Klava. She understood everyone's wants and needs for their makeup. She was so enjoyable to have on my wedding day- fit in perfectly with my bride tribe! When looking for a makeup artist what pushed me to select Klava was her natural looks and sustainable/clean products.

  Klava was the makeup artist for me, my maid of honour, mother and mother in law on my wedding day, and I couldn’t imagine having another artist. Klava was quick to respond, professional, and took the time to ask the most appropriate questions to understand my vision for the day. Although I had a hard time articulating it at first, she was so receptive and patient with me during and after the trial and created my perfect look that lasted all day. More importantly to me, she made my mother and mother in law look spectacular and I’ll always remember how they glowed that day. I absolutely recommend Klava.
