I started in the Aesthetic/ Makeup/Health/Wellness/Fitness industry 18 years ago. I have many roles and wear many hats as a Lifestyle Strategist, Entrepreneur, Coach, Personal Trainer, Teacher, Makeup Artist, Wife, Fur Mom, Daughter and Friend.
I have an adorable little family that includes my hunk of a hubby Kevin and have a little pooch named Iggy who has an adorable sister (cat) Maple. All of us together with love to curl up on my chair on Saturday evening with some homemade popcorn and watch movies! I particularly love comedy and romance but I do love the occasional thriller, cheesy horror movies or early 80s+ 90s new age coming movies!
I love food! I am hungry 24/7. I love eating it, making it and creating new recipes and going to cafes, bistros, restaurants. Did I mention I love food!
Fitness, fitness for me is my outlet. It is one of my biggest passions and foundation for feeling my best. I love sharing loads of workouts and exercises on here plus loads of fitness tips and tricks to help you with your goals and aspirations.
Makeup, what can I say. I love sitting in front of a mirror and being creative. One of my favourite times of the year is Halloween. I enjoy getting out of my comfort zone and playing around with different looks and trying new products. This is another one of my passions. I love teaching women to become more comfortable with makeup!
Since 2008 I have been doing wedding makeup and have done hundreds of brides/bridesmaids/mothers of the bride and groom! The best part of my morning is getting to the bride's house and seeing her with her wedding party anxiously waiting and counting down the hours till she says I do! My favourite moment with the bride is when she sits in my chair and gets to relax. At that moment there is nothing for her to do. She just closes her eyes and is still. (breathe here)
