There should be an option for 0 stars. This company has and still is causing me a mountain of anxiety.

Attached are photos of what I wanted and what I got. I’d also like to note my wedding has now passed and I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted from a different artist with NO extensions.

I booked this business for my wedding back in February 2023. I don’t live in Ontario so I had to wait for my hair and makeup trial. I paid $650 as a deposit, but never signed any contract. I was finally able to visit Ontario and have my trial in April 2022. It was a disaster. Natasha was rude and impatient. She made me feel very self conscious. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I know that I probably wouldn’t not get exactly what was in the picture and I was ok with this. I have thinner hair. Natasha didn’t even try. She lectured me repeatedly on how she couldn’t do it without hair extensions. I told her multiple times I didn’t want them and that if we could get it close I’d be happy. My hair ended up looking like a dinner role. Natasha told me she could do better on my wedding day if I got extensions. Again, I didn’t want them.

My makeup was nothing like I wanted either. It was harsh and not blended properly. I expressed that I didn’t want foundation as my skin is sensitive. She said we could do airbrush and I agreed. After the trial was done she added that she “forgot” they charge extra for airbrush.

I paid her and left. I looked back in the pictures for a few days and asked for opinions from others. I felt so upset.

I did reach out to them about a week later. I had other vendor appointments and then had to fly back to my province. I explain I was unhappy with the result and the way I was treated. I asked for my deposit back and said Natasha could keep the trial money for her time and materials. I got no response for a few weeks. They finally replied and said they don’t offer deposits and told me I should have booked with another artist. I could do this as I didn’t have time and was frankly completely turned off from using them. I waited another few weeks with no reply. When I finally got one they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about.

They said they were talking to their lawyer?!

I again replied with my concerns, asked for my $650 back and said I seek legal action on my own if I didn’t receive my money by June 24. I haven’t heard from them since MAY 11!!!!

These people are a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs. I’ve decided to seek legal assistance on this matter. Ladies never pay anyone without doing your trial first.

The absolute best! Natasa is so calm she puts you at total ease. She listens to what you want done and gets the job done beautifully. She is a pro at hair and makeup! My makeup and hair stayed perfect for the entire day.

Natasha did my makeup and I felt so beautiful when she was done. I was shocked at how she made my eyes pop and my hair was just perfect!

I had the pleasure of meeting Natasha at a photo session. She did an amazing job with my hair and makeup. She was friendly and personable from the beginning to the end. I was very nervous when I arrived and she made me feel beautiful and confident the entire shoot. I was so lucky to have had her by my side and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for her services! Thank You Natasha!

Natasha was flexible and responsive while having to re-schedule my wedding due to Covid and change around makeup trial dates during the lockdown. She did a great job on the makeup and hair and was a pleasure to work with.

Overall I was happy with the hair and makeup. Natasha was very responsive over email and she came onsite the day of my wedding to make sure everything went smooth with the hair and makeup of my bridesmaid. I thought that was very professional. Much appreciated.
The only thing I’d say is that the girl who did the makeup for my bridesmaids left a bit early while I was still getting ready and brought some of the equipment (eg, makeup chair) with her. It would have been nice to have her stick around for last minute touch-ups, etc.
Having the flexibility to schedule the hair and makeup trial on weekends would have also been helpful for me, as that way I could’ve scheduled the trial closer to my wedding date to ensure consistency with the look from the trial.
But overall, the girls were very pleasant to work with, thank you!

I could not have been happier with the quality of service I was given. Natasha took the time during my trial to listen to what I wanted and spent the time with my mom to determine what she liked the best. On the wedding day Natasha and her assistant delivered exceptional results to myself and all 6 ladies getting their hair and makeup done! Everyone was thrilled with the result and the makeup and hair lasted until the end of the night! I would highly recommend using Natasha for your wedding, you will not be disappointed!

Thank you to Sura, Alek and Haneen for doing the hair and makeup for my wedding party of 7. They arrived on time, had everything set up quickly and finished everyone’s makeup right on time. They made the process of getting ready really enjoyable and everyone was so happy with their finished looks. Sura did my hair and makeup and I was really pleased with the results and it lasted all night long.

Natasha was wonderful to work with for my wedding. She did my makeup and hair on my wedding day. From my first email inquiry right up to my big day, she was always nothing short of amazing. She made sure everything was perfect and helped me feel and look my best. I received so many compliments. Thanks again Natasha!
