Salwa did my hair and makeup for my wedding and her work was absolutely incredible. She gave me the effortless glam look that I desired. People complimented my hair and makeup all day and these were absolutely thanks to her skills and talent. My bridesmaid's hair bun was absolutely dreamlike. Salwa is a perfectionist and will work with you to get the exact look you like and ensure it doesn't budge all evening. She was also very lovely, giving and friendly and ensured we were comfortable while doing our makeup. She is very detail-oriented and makes sure every slight detail looks great. I am very fortunate to have SSGlam as my HMUA, I highly recommend SSGlam for your wedding or event, and seeing her amazing body of work at Instagram! -

Salwa from the very beginning was beyond accommodating and professional. I hired her for hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, mother, and aunt. Even when I changed my mind about what hairstyle I wanted for my wedding day (even after the trial), and added one more person on for hair and makeup, she was flexible with her schedule and making sure I got the look I was going for! Everything turned out amazing and I had so many compliments on my hair and makeup!
Be sure to allow for 'contingency' time as we did run a little late due to some adjustments, but otherwise Salwa and her team were amazing! -

Salwa and her team were extremely professional and were up to the challenge of doing hair and makeup for a team of 1 bride, 4 bridesmaids, 1 MOB and 1 Flower girl (4 yo). They did an amazing job of making us feel special during the getting ready part start at 6AM!!! until 9AM. It took them only 3 hours (team of 3) to get this bridal party going by 9 AM when our photographer arrived to start with the getting ready photos.
Salwa and I met 2 months before my big day for a trial appointment which lasted us 4 hours. She made sure that I was comfortable with the products she used, she copied the styles I picked for my hair and makeup exactly to the T.
Then on the big day, we just showed the team the photos of our hair and makeup and they copied the styles exactly once again for Everyone this time.
Could not have been happier with the end result. Salwa provided me (the bride) with a makeup kit (touch up kit) which came in very handy because the groom made me cry at the dress reveal. The kit covered up my tear marks perfectly!!! Thank you Salwa! That was so smart of you to provide. Some of my bridesmaids were able to use its contents too! Especially when we started feeling dehydrated, the lip scrub came in so handy!
Throughout the whole day our make up held up and when I say whole day, I mean from 6 AM on Saturday Morning to 3 AM on Sunday Morning. Both our make up and hair were perfectly intact even after our crazy photoshoot, our wedding dances, speeches and late night partying.
We all highly recommend Salwa! You are definitely getting what you pay for!
If you are looking for a friendly, professional & understanding team to prepare you for your big day, look no further because you just found them!

Amazing hair stylist
I booked Salwa for my bridal hair and a couple of my bridesmaid. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. You can tell she’s passionate about her work and ensures her clients are comfortable. She’s very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend her. Will definitely be returning. -

I can’t say enough about Salwa! Her amazing work is only made better by her warm personality. She was able to make my vision reality with very little discussion. She did my sisters hair as well and for the first time ever my sister was happy with her hair. Everything was exactly as we envisioned and Salwa was a dream to work with! -

Great hair!
Salwa was wonderful to work with; she did a great job on my and all my bridesmaids’ hair! I chose her because I wanted “Hollywood waves” and she did not disappoint. I loved my hair and it didn’t fall at all. She was so kind and professional and organized, and most importantly she is great at doing hair. -
