I found Mavis (Su paints) on Instagram and loved her vibe and style. She does a lot of cool editorial style work not just bridal makeup. The biggest reason is she has lots of experience with working with Asian facial features.
We communicated primarily through email and occasionally through text - she responded timely to me. She was very patient and flexible throughout the planning process - even with some major changes that took place weeks before the wedding. We had a group of 8 that required makeup and hair.

On the day of the wedding her and the team arrived on time and set up quickly and kept us on schedule. Our makeup lasted the entire day from 6am - 3am, we even asked for lighter coverage too! Her makeup team was great and very attentive to details.
Mavis stayed with me (bride) until 4pm - between that time I had several touch ups, the groom also had a touch up, a makeup up change (day to night), a hair change (up do to hair down) and several hair touch us due to windy weather. She did it all very efficiently and with great patience. I'm very glad I hire her and the team for my big day and would recommend her to anyone.
My biggest suggestion is go in with a vision board but also take into account her experience in the field, get her input and she will to enhance your look!
