We are so happy to have had Dr. Strangelove play at our wedding! Our guests were obsessed. They play a crazy large range of songs, and they do it all well. We love that most of them have been playing together for a long time, you can feel the chemistry. They were also a huge help in organizing the AV components for their sets, but also for our wedding in general. We could not be more grateful. I highly recommend booking them for your event.

We hired Dr. Strangelove to perform at our Wedding, they were absolutely the Highlight of the night, it was the best decision we made for entertainment for us and our guests. They had everyone on the dance floor, even the non-dancers got up and danced to them. They got the energy going and kept it up all night long. The entire band were so professional and so helpful with song choices based on our crowd. It's been 2 months since out Wedding and people are still talking about them and how they danced and danced. Dr Strangelove rocked the house at our wedding last august. We have seen them many times at the Roxy and at the Bowen Island Dock Dance and knew that they were who we wanted to hire.

We hired Dr. Strangelove for our daughters wedding last September and let me tell you they were amazing. Right from the booking process to the actual event day they were professional and personable and made the process so easy during what can be a stressful time. They accommodated all our daughter and her husbands song requests for all parts of the reception. We had 230 guests and there were at least half of them on the dance floor the whole time. I've been watching Dr. Strangelove since the days of sneaking into the Roxy. These guys are like the Madonna of live bands; familiar yet constantly evolving. They can play all the classics you love, while also staying current and fresh. With just the right amount of playful banter and huge musical talent, they always put on an amazing show and no one leaves without a smile on their face.

We had the pleasure of having Dr. Strangelove be a part of our wedding this summer and they were very professional getting things in order for us which was appreciated. They take their craft seriously and it shows.

They consulted with us on venue details for an appropriate sound rig, and also worked with us to help decide on musical numbers to play for our first dance. They even offered to learn new songs for us if needed which was fantastic.

There is plenty to be stressed about when it comes to planning a wedding (as we learned) but we always rested easy that when it came to the dance (and we all know that's the best part!) the night would be unforgettable.

The energy these guys bring to your event is worth every penny and is something that canned music simply cannot match. Its was truly special being able to dance the night away and see every generation having a blast.

My only words of warning with Dr. Strangelove would be availability. When you're good, you're busy, and they are both! So don't expect to contact them on Monday for your party on Friday. Get in touch with them sooner than later for your best chance to have them be a part of your event.
