  Romantic Ceremony

  We had a fantastic experiment with Duo D'Amore! I always wanted string duo or quartet as ceremony music, and this was by far the best decision I made for my wedding ceremony.
  
  Matthew responded to all my emails very fast, and answered all my questions and requests. He is detail oriented, very knowledgeable. He helped me arrange my ceremony music so that it was blended seamlessly and worked with each part of the ceremony.
  
  I requested some songs that were not in the repertoire, and Matthew was open to accomodate this (there was a fee to compensate the musicians for their learning/practice time which was very reasonably priced).
  
  The string duo really elevated my wedding ceremony. I always dreamed of having a very elegant, timeless and romantic frame, and I simply wouldn't have accomplished this vision without the help of Duo D'Amore. I felt like royalty when walking down the aisle, their playing was absolutely dreamy.
  
  I also opted to add on the cocktail hour, because I wanted my guests to enjoy some music. Is it really a garden party cocktail if you don't have a string duo? You deserve it. Pop this add on to have your very own Bridgerton fantasy come to life.
  
  A huge thank you to the entire Duo D'Amore team for making my wedding day all the more special! I am still getting so many compliments for this. Guests are raving!

  Magical Music for our Wedding Ceremony!

  We booked Duo D'amore for our ceremony music at our wedding in Victoria, BC. Matt always responded quickly to any questions through the process and made communication so easy and stress free! He was also very helpful in suggesting songs. They showed up well prepared and the ceremony ran so smoothly, they were true professionals! Our ceremony was so magical thanks to the string duo!   1000% Recommend!

  We hired Duo for our Sept 1, 2024 wedding, and I am so happy we did. They were so responsive, and were accomodating, and reassuring with every anxious question I had. They elevated the mood and experience in such a romantic way. All our guests were so blown away by them. If you book them, you will not be disapointed. 1000% worth it!

From initial contact with Matthew, he was extremely organized and provided a massive list of options, from popular standards to classical pieces. He also offered customization if there was a song that they had not played before. They were very reasonably priced.
  
  Matthew was always timely in his responses throughout the process. They were very flexible and able to accompany our dear friend and professional opera singer.
  
  As a professional musician myself, it was of upmost importance that the music on our wedding day spectacular - duo amore was nothing short of this!

  So Beautiful

  We hired a violinist and cellist for our ceremony and cocktail hour. They played beautifully and were on the ball! Having them added a little something extra to our day, and they were a big hit with the crowd!

The musicians showed up perfectly on time and exceeded my expectations. The music during the ceremony was beautiful and I couldn’t have been more happy. They have a huge list of modern music to choose from which was exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend them for any wedding. Thank you!
