Grace Notes Events string quartet was one of the best things we had for our wedding ceremony. Planning and picking our music was so easy and the team was so responsive to my questions/emails. They were able to play the music that we wanted for our ceremony (even if they were not on their list - as long as you submit them on time ;)). During the day, as the bride (and the last person to come inside the church), I have only heard a bit of their music. Nevertheless, the music was really good and received good feedbacks from our guests. Even our friends from abroad who have streamed through and watched the wedding, said so too. Again, we are very much thankful to the team for the wonderful music on our special day. Definitely highly recommended :)

Booking Grace Notes was one of the best parts of our day. I knew I wanted a string quartet and they did not disappoint. They helped me to pick the perfect music and I still get chills thinking about the music for our ceremony. Our guests loved listening to the music. I can't even describe the emotions that a string quartet brings to a wedding. It was magical. If we ever do an anniversary party in the future it won't be complete without them. So happy we had them on our day. If you are thinking about this, do it, so worth it.

From very early on in my wedding planning I knew that I wanted to have string musicians play during my ceremony and cocktail hour, after seeing it at a wedding I worked as a photographer. It is my belief that the string music brings in a level of sophistication and class to any wedding - even if they are playing modern hits. I found out about Grace Notes Events through some googling for local string musicians in NOTL, and especially liked that they were fellow Brock University graduates.

From my very first emails with Allison, I knew I had to have Grace Notes at my wedding. In addition to being passionate about what they do - the pricepoint was perfect!

Admittedly I didnt get to chat with the girls on the day of the wedding, but the music they played was extraordinary. I'm still getting compliments from people about how classy it was and how great they were! Highly recommend!

The Grace Notes played a beautiful string set during our wedding ceremony. They had a wide collection from traditional to more modern songs that let us customize the set to our taste. They communicated very well throughout the planning process.

I am so, so happy that my fiancé and I chose Grace Notes to perform at our Wedding Ceremony. Leading up to our big day, they were so on the ball. Sending reminders, recommendations, and confirmations made it so, so easy to work with them. The day of, they floated in like magical fairies on time, played all our requested songs perfectly and floated out of there. We received so many compliments from our guests on how wonderful the music was. We kept our décor very simple, but because of their talent they created the ambience we dreamed of.

From the onset of their wedding plans, Alex knew he wanted something uniquely special to musically accompany his bride's, Stacey's, walk down the aisle with her father, and as well, his and her recessional walk, as husband and wife. I, mother of the groom, Lu, offered to research what was available in Niagara on the Lake. Alex picked Gracenotes. We were struck by the youthfulness and poise of the lovely ladies in the ensemble, but more importantly , their extensive beautiful repertoire was to Alex and Stacey's taste.
At the outside ceremony the string ensemble music was not over bearing. It was soft and subtle, and was beautifully carried by a light breeze over the blue sky and sun lit green grape vines. The musical prelude was lengthy and inviting, welcoming guests as they arrived to the pavilion -a memorable statement of elegance with natural beauty. All so very joyous.
Throughout the planning Gracenotes was always professional and sensitive to the needs of Alex and Stacey. They were reliable and prompt to respond. Always reassuring.

My wife and I hired Grace and Allison for our wedding and from the start they were incredibly helpful and gave great suggestions. All my questions were answered right away and they were very easy to work with, being flexible and communicative throughout.

During the wedding itself their music was outstanding. It was beautiful, subtle and they worked with the sequence of events from start to finish fluidly and with professionalism. When the start time of our ceremony was delayed a bit, they filled it in with appropriate and wonderfully played music without hesitation.
